It was a good experience, especially the ease in which multiple collaborators can easily work on.
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is very intuitive to use, and the fact that it takes cues from popular design tools like Figma, Canva, etc as well as some UI elements from Microsoft Office and other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the final result may appear a bit hand-drawn and not so professional .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid design prototypes for any problem we are facing so that we have a starting point to discuss and brainstorm ideas. Ultimately it leads to a lot of adding and subtracting elements based on the collaboration that is exactly how it should be, instead of siloed work that is usually done.
Great Resource for Teams to Collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform that helps with collaboration within teammates. The functions are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no notable downside of this suite that I would like the mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to make edits on any screenshots that I input to this suite. For example, if there is a deck that I want to update, I can just take a picture of the deck and upload it on Lucid to start editing and making notes.

Very good but could've been better
What do you like best about the product?
Full control over every thing/aspect of your project/diagram. I specifically like the icons feature where I can easily drag and drop high quality logos into my diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing how to do something can get you blocked for a long time. Sometimes I am sure that some features/tools exists somewhere are kind of hidden and I spend long times searching for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to visualize thoughts/ideas quickly and in various ways. In addition, easily sharing your project/diagram where you can view edits from other teammates/co-workers in real-time is a real edge. Apart from that, the wide range of features and tool it offers enables you to represent what ever you are thinking of/ working on in several forms.
Beautiful and lots of features, but i found it hard to get going
What do you like best about the product?
Assets, collaboration, real time editing between team members, able to export, copy and paste easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found it really hard to use with a trackpad. Non inutitive for some things, like drawing boxes for selection, had some troubles resizing and selecting the right thing at the right time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy collaboration and sharing between team members, lots of pre definied assets and overall a nice experience.
An excellent alternative to MS Visio
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using this software is the ability to share externally with my customers and share the workload of creating/managing diagrams during a project implementation. Also, the learning curve to be profficient at this product when you already have Visio knowledge is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is the amount of times that my customers will need to import/export between my customers that are using Visio. If I was able to directly open a Visio File and edit it, that would speed up a lot of time and avoid issues during the import/exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is the ability to share diagrams with customers without the need of sending a file back and forth via email. This gains a great advantage of Versioning control.
User Friendly and Simple to move around the software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for collaboration across the org. Simple and neat UI

Too many options on a single screen. It would nice to hide them therebyheloping to focus

It helped in creating visulas that helped stakeholders for easy understanding
Good product for producing process flows
What do you like best about the product?
I like how when building a product there is automated features that automatically connect boxes and lines are grouped. It is also great for collaboration, when working with many other people

I run into many frustrating features when attempting to delete a box that is connected to many things as it creates a mess. Also, the automation also becomes frustrating how it automatically connects boxes when I do not want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to work with my team when building out complex process flows. It saves me time by utilizing its automated features like the arrows from the different boxes
Easy to use online tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple user interface, lots of shapes for different type of flows.

Online only, no native Mac OS version available.

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, I got introduced to the tool recently like a month back! While I joined new company, there were lot of flow charts I was asked to prepare. I had started with doing same in other tool, which consumed almost a week's effort. That's when manager mentioned about lucidchart, I was reluctant initially as I dint wanted to explore new tool.
Over the weekend I wanted to explore how lucid works! I was awestruck! I was able to complete the whole chart within 3 hrs vs a week.
Rest of the flows I could complete in 3 days! Which I was expecting it to complete in 2 weeks!!

None so far, it's been great aid to improve my productivity
