Fantastic tool to help visualize nuanced work & collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create visuals that accompany existing presentations or working on new enablement. It's seamless to create flow charts and detailed descriptions with visual flair.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, Lucid is servicing all of my needs and I haven't run into a situation where I'm left wanting more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many tools make it difficult to create the types of visuals that are 1) not cluttered, and 2) easy to create custom designs that accentuate the information you're building. Lucid makes it easy to select shapes, detail them with additional writing or images to illustrate key points.
Great product, easy tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has a lot of really great templates that are really easy to apply to my work. It is not a difficult platform to ue and I like the integrations with MS Teams

I would say that there are a lot of tools, but it is easy to adapt to them.

It's been a very easy to use interface, which has meant that collaboration with other team members have been able to input feedback easily when mapping out processes.
I've not had to reach out to customer support, but the docs that I've read to start off with have been excellent for getting up and running.
I've enjoyed using a number of features, including flow charts and process maps to help us see where there are gaps in our marketing ops.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing particularly bad - I did cancel the paid plan as once we've done our initial mapping we wouldn't be using it regularly enough, but there may be a case for a wider company account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helped to clarify where we were going wrong in our processes, especially in the case of how we were maybe overcomplicating things. It helped me see where we could simplify operations in relation to our CRM especially, as you can go down some serious rabbit holes when trying to figure out a route.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: Streamlining Workflows and Enhancing Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked about Lucid was the vast amount of options for templates, icons and shapes. This helps with being able to make and brainstorm different charts and diagrams in detail. Secondly, integrations with softwares like AWS, Confluence, Jira, the Office Suite, and Slack were very helpful potentially within my space going forward. These will ultimately help in productivity and collaboration within both my internal and external teams. Overall, I felt this made Lucid a strong tool to help myself and other orgs with best decomentation practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
An aspect that bugged me while using Lucid, was the directioning of the arrow pointing between different icons and shapes while creating diagrams. Lucid provides overall great features that far outweigh this small blip in my opinion.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is solving the problem of fragmented documentation and communication within teams by providing a comprehensive platform for creating visual documents, diagrams, and integrating with key software and platforms. This suite enhances my ability to convey complex ideas clearly, streamline workflows, and foster collaboration across different tools and teams. The benefit is a more cohesive, efficient, and effective documentation and project management process within my company.
Easy to use, easy to integrate into workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a product that is easy to pick up, very intuitive and powerful without having to invest a great amount of time into the learning process. It has been easy to implement into our companies workflows, and we've begun using it quite often. It integrates well with our existing software solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, the software is very straightforward and does what it says on the box.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to be far more thorough in our business and development planning.

I can better explain requirements to the team and we can bring diagramas up when needed
Create Flow Diagram Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
With the premade templates, I was able to find a flow chart stytle I wanted to use which made getting started easy and quick. Once I cleared the template and started creating my flow the tool was super easy to add, edit and remove peices fo the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far with my experience using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I didn't find anything that annoyed me or hard to figure out. At this point the software was great to use and no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to Diagram a process for a presentation. It went well and was able to diagram my process really quick and easy to follow.
It was a brief experience but concise and very easy to put together the needed documentation.
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to use. I found that I was able to do exactly what I wanted to show in very little time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing structure was somewhat of an issue for our organization.
