Overall A Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Visual GUI is great as compared to any other similar tools in the Market and also the user experience is quite smooth.!
What do you dislike about the product?
The processing speed of a sheet can be improved. Not a major issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating the status of projects are quite easy
First time ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitative, easy to point and click and within 45 minutes I created my first Level 2 process flowchart. It has rich feature functionality (above and beyond Visio) and I would highly recommend it to Business Analysts as a tool in their toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as it suits my needs (unconditionally)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to provide a simple workflow diagram illustrating a To Be process and to share that workflow diagram with others in a readily understandable format.
Intuitive Idea Organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the templates for organisation and the easy, drag and drop navigation of shapes. I'm brand new to the tool, so have only played with the basic features, but my team uses it and the integrations to get everyone aligned - working on effective processes and understanding each other's work to better sync up on projects and tasks. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't have anything to report here. I'm an ABM marketer and was looking for an ABM specific template and couldn't find something so nieche, but there are enough other templates and tools that I'm able to build this myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a marketing team to maintain syncronous work flows and improve our internal processes so we can work more efficiently as a team.
Great tool for visual strategy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan, create, and execute has been a seamless process with Lucid. As someone in email marketing, creating out automated flows using the tools from Lucid has made it easier for all stakeholders to understand our strategy clearly and accurately. The tool is also very user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is maybe the ability to integrate with certain email platforms to create an automated flow.

A place to clearly display the flow

What do you like best about the product?
It has almost all the features which are required to create an end to end flow diagram, for any business processes, may it be planning, budgeting, forecasting or account reconcilliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your internet is slow , it may take a long time to open the suite, because of the extensions required to be loaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us a platform to create a mind map / pre sales diagram / process flow, to be implemented in any IT product.
A Great Suite of Products
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface makes it easy to create and collaborate on various visual projects. Real-time collaboration allows multiple users to work together simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything to dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to host virtual meetings and use a collaborative whiteboard in order to share ideas and visualize them together
Big implications for our consultancy practice
What do you like best about the product?
As a team of Consultants, having the ability to develop multiple, customisable templates for real-time collaboration will cut down on prep time for customer-facing sessions, without sacrificing details or the ability to tailor to our audience. I'm excited that I can share boards in advance of discussions to allow customers to review, prepare and add thoughts ahead of time. We'll likely use this tool every day, so I am glad that it is easy to edit content - the frames feature helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the sharing UI a little tricky at first; sharing with guests was not totally intuitive for me. As with all complex tools, there are a lot of features to understand. I needed a YouTube deepdive before I felt confident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping customers to navigate change projects and platform implementation
Simpler is better
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Spark looks to me as the best thing that exists in Lucid Suite. Very intuitive, easy to use, minimum UI

Honestly, tried to come up with the least helpful thing, but everything feels to have is deserved place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps present my idea to my data team in natural form via collection of screenshots and their relationships using links, arrows and comments.
Implementation Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to put thoughts, ideas and workflow concepts into visual representations quite easily. I dont have a lot of time so when something hits me I need to get it on "paper" quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to scroll around more easily when zoomed in while using a mouse at my desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it give me an easy solution to put "pen to paer" with complex processes, thoughts or ideas.
Lucid Visual Collab Review
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use during visual communication sessions - discussing and drawing easily during a lot of presentations. Accessibility is great - no issues so far, as well as awesome integratability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting may sometimes be a little uneasy but once you get the hang out of it, it's okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual communication and thinking things through in an interactive manner help me to help my clients and perfectly understand status quo as well as pain points.
