Great design & collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Since I work with multiple departments, Lucid is a great way for me to visually outline projects, responsibilities, and ideas. I can easily share with multiple team members and apply templates for catalyzing our time in meetings to spend more on the actual content rather than structuring the notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who are not "tech-savvy" in the slightest, it can be a bit of a learning curve to build and collaborate in the most effective manner. There are a lot of features, templates, and content that can be added to a board - which tends to be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows our team to collaborate on projects internally and externally in a way that is more attention-grabbing and easy to digest than a static file. This not only gets more attention from clients but also boosts productivity on internal projects.
Lucid is quick and easy to build, then present. Collaborations are seamless.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the numerous templates available that help me diagram for any business unit type, problem, or need. Others like Miro, figjam, jamboard, zoom don't compare
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Lucid. I would like more components for flows and perhaps theme backgrounds. More creative themes or capabilities would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick visualizations of customer journeys enables me to break up the steps and then dip into the checklist of items that go into each step, helping me find automation opportunities.

Real-Time Collaboration: enables multiple users to collab on whiteboard in real time, makes it easy to brainstorm, discuss ideas, and work together async.

Limited offline access. The google suite integration isn't as simple as I'd like it to be!

Remote collaboration. Simplifying complexity. Business process documentation. Mapping out presentations, etc.
Intelligent way to create process diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes it possible for several members of my team to collaboratively create and edit visual process diagrams simultaneously, from their different individual locations. It provides unique features like comments, collaborative cursors and in-editor chatting tools that enables real time communication while collaboratively building our maps and flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with large-sized process diagrams or files on the Lucidchart canvas, I expect to encounter random occasional lags. While this is understandably a result of Lucidchart operating within a browser-based environment on computers, it is an area I believe Lucidchart must improve on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has always been the preferred diagramming software for me , prior to even joining my current company. I use Lucidchart to communicate my ideas and operational suggestions to my team through process maps and chart diagrams. I am of the opinion that my team has been quicker to identify weaknesses in our operational processes and workflow with Lucidchart, than we have been able to do without it.

We havent found anything we dislike; our only struggle is getting everyone on the internal team to try it during their consults!

When we talk about Implementation outcomes and Goals with clients- visually showing how this translates into an actual deliverable in a simple to understand method, has been well received by our clients
Perfect balance between guided and freeform options to visual representation
What do you like best about the product?
No kidding, I used Lucidchart as the product of choice to answer the question of what product I believed is awesome in an interview I had recently. The reason I chose it is because I've been using it for years and honestly haven't seen anything better. You can use it for diagraming, whiteboarding, ideating, colaborating, roadmapping, prioritization - basically anything you can think of. To top it off it is just so intuitve, like second nature. I can draw something up in a few minutes. Others say they are impressed, but I tell them that's it's just easy with this tool. Best compliment I can give is that it keeps up with my thoughts. I don't need to rollback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certainly features I would like to see, but I don't actively displike anything per se. I am a freeform guy, so I prefer that I am not always asked to chose a template or whatnot. The freeform is the biggest feature and I know that I can go to templates for industry standard charts when I need something more formal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
translation of complex ideas or systems into digestible representations that can be consumed by everyone within the company. It also removes any confusion as to what is being built/developed and raises risks and through-provoking conversations.
