Just right tool for creating Flow Diagrams and Sequence diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is. Its ability to integrate various tools into one platform makes brainstorming and project management much more streamlined. The collaborative features, like real-time editing and easy sharing options, are particularly useful for keeping everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I've noticed is that the suite can sometimes be a bit overwhelming with its range of features, which might require abit of a learning curve for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating business and tecnical centric flowcharts and flow diagrams.
Smoothest Tool for Chart Building
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration feature help us complete the project in very short time. The changes are reflected with almost no latency. I quite like the sticky note feature to write comments, rather than using a text box. Highly recommend for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icon feature can be improved. Its a bit hard to find the icon that you need on the very first try. Also, the only a few icons are shown for a keyword and there is no "Show More" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For proposing a solution to any industry in a hackathon, a lot of graphs and charts are needed to show the impact of the solution. Therefore, we needed a tool that is essy to learn and understand, and it proved to be highly effective for the task.

60 objects and 3 documents is very limiting for the free plan.

Laying out complex Jira workflows in a way that is easy to understand.
Simple but Effective

It's simple but refined and just works. Everything you need is where you expect it to be. Workflows and actions are efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. If I had to nitpick it would be the UI could do with a more modern refresh.

I came to learn from my organisation that my team is using this tool very effectively and productively. I have experienced a very quick and collaborative tool for my team worldwide. It increased the efficiency of the project that we discuss always on this platform. It gave all the stickys and emoticons to represent the thought.

As far as the dislikes, I noticed nothing till so far. it is highly recommending tool for all the professionals.

What do you like best about the product?
Progress can be made in real time.
The platform is also really simple to use, you can key map milestones in progress towards your goals.
You can also easily implement and integrate with services like Monday.com.

What do you dislike about the product?
A major downside is if a collaboraster is clueless in how to use the platform, although the platform is relatively easy to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major business problem that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that I can now easily work with others using their platform.

I mostly use Lucidchart to create diagrams. It has most tools including some support for UML as a code.

Search isn't very "clever": whenever I need to find a specific icon I have to remember exact name or search will not find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allow to create and share diagrams from more specific like UML to less for non technical people.

Great Org Chart Software!!
What do you like best about the product?
So far, I have only used the org chart piece of Lucid, but what I have used and seen, is by far better than what our ATS can create for us. Not only can I import the names from my ATS, but then Lucid keeps it in the format, but makes it look so much nicer! You can also manually create small org charts, and it is super easy, user friendly, and customizable with shapes, arrows, etc. Pretty inexpensive for what all I plan to use it for- so highly recommend!
It was super easy to implement! All you need is to sign in and create an account. I have used it quite a few times already, and have not needed any support yet, although I do receive messages from them, asking if I need help, which is great!

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't really dislike anything about Lucid. One time when I was importing from my ATS, two people from my org chart ended up on different pages, but I think that was user error, not the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping me solve an org chart problem. Our ATS should be able to provide a nice, clean org chart, but they took that functionality away from us, so it's very difficult to read. Lucid has helped tremendously in presenting org charts with pictures very quickly and on the go as needed.
