Lucidchart keeps me organized
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Lucidchart is being able to stay organized and having my notes in a certain way that I like. Lucidchart cannot be compared to other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I enjoy using Lucidchart very well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of design, sharing, collaboration, and meeting aid is second to none. I have not seen anything even close. It has very rich tools to aid the fast design and envisioning of all sorts of diagrams, then there are tons of templates to pick from and get results very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fee plan is very limited. You still get the full feature set of the product but you can only work on a very limited number of boards at a time. This means you will most likely need the paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of diagraming, the power of collaborating with team members and clients, it is vital for remote work for any designer. It supports pretty much any kind of diagram or technical design.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremeley simple to use and intuitive in its nature. You dont need any instructions to get started and it turns out to be very proffessional looking. Much easier then the last one we tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any yet, but we keep looking. We use mainly for flow charts and mind mapping. For now it does what we wnat quickly and easily, maybe when you go into the deeper aspects there are some things that could be done better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it was about having some visual aspects of the work process and framework so that new and existing staff could understand the overall business process and their part in it.

Charts feel incredibly modern, genuinely enjoy the end-result of my work.

Selecting multiple objects and dragging them can be difficult

Planning out development projects has been tricky, but Lucid makes the first step of projects much more easy to take.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Lucid chart is it's user friendly interface and versatility ,it will make users to create professional looking diagrams and flowcharts for various purposes

I wouldn't say dislike but the lucid chart is limited for few features it does not support advanced features and functionality ,it's limited for advanced functionality features

lucid chart in realtime it solves simplified diagram creation,collaberation and realtime editing the platform allows multiple users to work on same diagram simultaneously,enhancing team work and enabling seamless feedback and edits

the templates, the tool bars, options, how your work is compiled. the users training over a video is helpful. i am a first time user actually but i was able to achieve what I wanted to illustrate.

at first it was kind of difficult for me but, once you explore all tools, nothing is difficult at all. all tools are helpful

Lucidchart enables me to do my work presentably given also that it has templates.
Love using Lucid Chart, to diagram complex workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is extremely easy to use. Even the way it helps align cells, to make sure the overall diagram looks nice. Also very easy to copy and paste images, to make the images more understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the right shape can be a little difficult. That being said, it is not very often that I need to use shapes that aren't part of the default dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me take illustrative notes, and share those notes with my coworkers.

Stands on its own apart from the rest of the productivity workflow, need to remember to check it and keep the flow charts up to date.

Planning out processes and steps that need to be taken and the order in which they are completed. Keeping mentally organized and focused on what we have done.
