Great for creating diagrams for presentations
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to creat complex workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to maintain consistent box sizes.

Fantastic, easy to use software.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add elements, share, and export documents. It's straightforward and very easy to show people how to use it. Out of the other document/drawing software I've used, it's far and away the easiest to pick up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free tier is very limited (you can only have three documents), so it's worth it to get the licensed version if you plan to do anything serious with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps visualize things and make diagrams far easier than in Word or with other competing software.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, and easy for participants to follow a presenter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding and Organising lots of boards is difficult. The boards can't be put into groups/ folders. Or tagged for filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared roadmap and strategy view with multiple editors. Using it similar to powerpoint, with the flexibility of a wider canvas and reduced complexity to create.
The software is user friendly, and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
Within minutes, I was able to create a multi-tertiary organization chart. I was then able to share it with other members of the team for review. If edits were required, they took seconds to complete, and I was able to download the org chart and embed it in our web pages. I also utilized the video library to enhance the features and formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more functionality with Google Suite products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently restructuring our departments. Lucid chart is allowing us the ability to stay organized and provide visuals to keep everyone informed.
It was perfect to design, improve and present our Data Structure through an ERD
What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing that you have many ready-to-use templates with the right tools for a huge range of of needs professional can face. Also, I started using it the moment I signed up an it was super intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a presentation (full-screen mode) easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a startup and not finding the diagrams of our data structure was a pain. With Lucid we built it easily and fast.
Easy and Comprehensible
What do you like best about the product?
The option to create flows, policies, and concepts as a team and share it with others intuitively. An integeration into Atlassian tools helped us distribute information on a regular basis for all the company. The support was also amazing and helped me during an implementation problem while moving between two instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind, maybe the price tag but I think it is still fair enough.

Process design from a top down perspective, into the more detailed policies.

What do you like best about the product?
- It it is easy to map out process flows on lucid charts involving multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning can be a pain sometimes.This usually takes time to adjust but overall, still a great tool for process mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It allows me to easily make process maps making it very clear on the steps involved.

I like that the tool is collaborative and a great way to capture processes that can be shared cross-functionally

Sometimes the tool is not that easy to use, i.e. difficult to resize, connect flows, etc

Capturing roles and responsibilities, as well as general processes that need to be mapped out
