  • July 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid's software is extremely user-friendly. It loads fast, and has many assets that provide ways for me to map out ideas and thoughts. Most especially, it has helped me to create an amazing script & storyboard!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability for viewers invited into the board to comment more within the boards? Iʻd love to be able to have it be fluid for my team to be able to add their thoughts and ideas!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe they are adding more features for comments to be more flexible where guests/viewers within the board can add their perspective & critiques!

Lucidchart: My one-stop shop for diagramming the world!

  • July 12, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for any user to take a concept, whether developed or not, and bring it to life through a collaborative process. Many users will sketch an idea on a whiteboard or piece of paper and then translate it to Lucidchart to fully bring it to life. The collaborative and historical aspects of every design make the iterative process seamless and far more inventive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart is literally one of only a handful of apps that I feel gets it perfectly right. They listen to their customers and are constantly innovating to bring new ideas and helpful concepts to their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart as our go to software for technical diagrams, organisation charts, swim lanes, concept diagrams and pretty much anything else that needs visualisation.

What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is a great visualization tool for documentation. Being able to drag and connect shapes/info is very user-friendly. Being able to create your own shape library is very helpful. The built-in org chart builder is handy.

I wish you could hide tabs in a document. It would be nice to change the color of the tabs as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart diagramming helps us layout how data flows, what website user flows look like, team org charts.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Collaboration during meetings to ensure understanding from all participants

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is an opportunity to improve how JIRA tickets are shown , it would be great to pick and choose which fields from JIRA are shown

Lucidspark makes it very easy to create streamlined overviews and processes!

  • July 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark makes it very easy to create streamlined overviews and processes, specifically those involving the use of the "sticky note" feature. Replicating the previous note and format by a simple press of the enter key makes it quick and efficient to outline a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have come across is simply not having an adequate amount of time to learn more about the customized themes and templates, in order to improve my lucidspark knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be difficult to outline and track all of the unique platforms processes' and systems in our organization and specifically the departments I oversee, utilize, and Lucidspark makes it so easy to mind map and collaborate in a quick and easy user-friendly way!

LucidSpark helps our team with real-time collaboration in Workshops

  • July 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Allows our team to all simultaneously contribute to whiteboards, including stickies, tables, and more, during our product positioning workshops. It even supports collaboration with non-licensed, guest users, which is a huge advantage for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not a lot to be disappointed about from what I've seen so far. The Real-time collaboration works seamlessly, immediately showing everyone's posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a virtual whiteboard while many of our teams continue to work remotely. This ability to collaborate in real-time, allowing each user to contribute, has been a significant enabler to our workshops.

When Visio is eating up half your work day

  • July 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is meant for those who use design to document, communicate and collaborate. A variety of templates make it highly convenient to start a new type of document. The fact that it can generate Visio files as an output means I get to work with all the clients that are using Visio because it is part of MS Suite (at least it was till 2019). I recommend this to anyone who is responsible for getting the job done in a world where people are not so drawn to words.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really did not like the fact Lucidchart has reserved certain much-needed features like linking the org chart to data and versioning for the higher tier, it is kind of let down for those who are not part of organizations which use Lucidchart on an enterprise scale or for boutique consulting firms which only have a handful of full-time members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process documentation, Process communication, generating new ideas, Requirement analysis

Great for Root Cause Analysis!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates. Fishbone, Five Whys, and Fault Tree Templates are ready for you to build out with your information. This makes it easy to use and beneficial when trying to build out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything for my specific use that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to work cross-departmentally to discover and mitigate quality issues. It allows our time to more productive and we can be proactive instead of reactive.
