Favorite collaboration diagram tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite does a great job providing a seamless and effortless collaboration experience. The platform's intuitive interface and real-time editing features make working on documents as a team super simple. Navigating through the platform feels natural, and I find the app an enjoyable space to brainstorm. I've had only good expereinces with the lucid support team, and I like the amount of content available through the learning campus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about my time as a Lucid user. It was easy to integrate and implement with my role and I use it all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a hybrid team, I love storing collaborative work with Lucid. It's an easy way to keep our virtual whiteboards organized and searchable.

some of the charts or diagrams can look cooler

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is helping with team collations discussions across teams with PM, data, engineering, finance teams and helps with getting everyone on the same page.
LucidChart Beginner
What do you like best about the product?
I have used LucidChart a few times. In the times I've used it, it has seemed to be a pretty good whiteboarding software. I don't have a heck of a lot of experience with it, so but it seemed to passably help my teammate and I communicate ideas.
I don't know how many features it has, or what else it's integrated in, or anything about the customer support, but I would continue to try it out for the time being, as it's readily accessible to me at my organization, and not too cumbersome to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, LucidChart seems to be cumbersome, though it appears that it's not really very difficult to get the hang of as you use it more. I don't have enough experience with it to be sure whether it's good or bad, or how it integrates with other things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart gives me a usable virtual whiteboard that works pretty well. I don't have enough experience to know whether it's likely to be useful in the long term, but on the whole, it seems like a good piece of software to continue using for the time being.
Good Details, Takes time to learn everything

The upside of using Lucid for our company is to save us a lot of time instead of printing a lot of things out

they have many pre-done templates that I think are great and take alot of the guesswork out of where to start. I work in sales operations do my job is very process driven and being able to document step and gaps is very important to me. I find Lucid to be easy to understand, easy to use, templates are great, help is to find.

it has taken a bit to get used the scroll!

I am able to get my process documented down in a visual easy to understand format which helps us make better business process decisions

Lucid Chart for the Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual flexibility I get from lucid

Without having gone through any learning and training, I find lucidchart to be a bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to map the enitre customer journey is the most benefit to me. And the page can stretch to endless lengths.
great software for technical sketches
What do you like best about the product?
i like the idea that Lucid has all icons bulid in the software and it really easy and intuative to use, it is easy to share and to work on the same sketch in a group.it has great customer support .

didn't found any dislike criterias, the only thing i could think of is that it is not posible to work on it offline

Excellent Tool for various uses

I like the various tools that I can manipulate based on my changing needs for my role

Sometimes there is a longer learning curve to figure out where and how tools work/operate
