The Best Choice For Project Managers, Engineers & Executives!
What do you like best about the product?
Mapping out workflows, whether appertaining to 'people' architecture, processes such as algorithms or generating specifications, is a breeze with LucidSpark. I can say with confidence that our organization benefits greatly from this tool, from Technology to Marketing departments to overall operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could always work on pricing when it comes to SaaS. I think registration should automatically come with Team Support of 5 (at least) other teammates permitted to be logged-in on the same shared license (with different accounts of course).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're about to release a substantially enhanced version of our Customer Experience as well as other items to improve other sides of our platform. All of these improvements have been made possible via a perfect marriage between Project Management and UML/Workflow Design via Lucidspark.
Innovative, adaptive tool for design thinking and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use for team collaboration; it facilitates design thinking and visualization; it connects reasonably well with other applications such as JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to *keep* it connected to external applications; it takes up a huge amount of RAM on my laptop, making it difficult to run other applications simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* We use it for PI planning; previously we used post-its on the wall
* We use it for roadmap visualization, which allows us to connect better with our stakeholders
* We use it for design thinking and collaborative brainstorming

Lucid Spark Review: Streamlined Visual Collaboration with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Lucid Spark for about a year now and love that it is a powerful tool that offers a comprehensive suite for creating mind maps, flowcharts, dynamic images, and visual content for PowerPoint presentations. Overall, my experience with Lucid Spark has been quite positive, thanks to its user-friendly interface and the ease of use it offers. One standout feature is its ability to facilitate anonymous feedback and voting, which proves invaluable in overcoming team biases during collaborative projects.
Lucid Spark’s user interface is intuitive and visually appealing, making it easy to navigate and utilize its extensive range of features. Whether you’re creating mind maps or flowcharts, the tool provides a smooth and seamless experience, allowing you to visualize ideas and concepts effectively. The options to collect feedback and votes anonymously bring an added layer of objectivity to team discussions, promoting unbiased decision-making and fostering a more inclusive environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Lucid Spark falls short is its integration with Lucidchart, another product from the same company. While Lucid Spark excels in creating visual content, when it comes to creating UML diagrams or process charts, users are required to switch to Lucidchart or alternative software like Visio, which can be an inconvenience. It would be beneficial if Lucidchart and Lucid Spark were merged into a single product, eliminating the need for separate licenses and enabling a seamless experience for a wider range of visual needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Spark remains a reliable and user-friendly tool for visual collaboration. Its ability to create mind maps, flowcharts, dynamic images, and visual content for presentations makes it a valuable asset for agile retrospectives and various other team projects. With a bit of integration refinement, Lucid Spark has the potential to become an even more versatile and indispensable tool in the visual collaboration space

What did we do before Lucid?
What do you like best about the product?
It's a place to take all the collaborative and creative mess and throw it somewhere to organize later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Lucid and Excel could somehow work together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of cross-departmental communication and collaboration. It ensures the same message it communicated across multiple meetings and team members.
I Love using LucidSpark with my team
What do you like best about the product?
I love making canvasses with different activities on them. It is so simple and quick to generate ideation activities, voting activities, interactive sorting activities, and more for my team to use together. I often only have a few minutes between meetings to create these ideas and LucidSpark makes this so smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the templates aren't as easy to find as a jumping off point for my LucidSpark boards/canvasses. I wish they were easier to filter, find, and favorite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are often working on ideation, sequencing and sorting, choosing and voting, and product or customer journey mapping all in the same week on my team. I have been able to save time and frustration by creating things easily or using previously created templates to help generate new things. I also love sorting activities that are all relevant to the same team ,product, etc, onto one board. My team has learned how to use LucidSpark as participatns with no friction. It's great all around
Gamechanger for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started and invite others to collaborate, and great templates so do not have to reinvent the wheel. Our teams love it because it supports everyone beeing "seen" and having a voice in a quick and effective manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes time to discover/learn the bells and whistles to make boards look visually appealing, and to learn tools to better facilitate meetings. Also can't get good resolution when exporting diagrams into MS apps like Word or PPT/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, planning, and decision-making with remote teams. Also use for retrospectives on completed projects
Easy to use, easy to view
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very simple to use as well as read. Many people I've shared with said the diagrams and charts I've created are very easy on the eyes and, therefore, cognitively. And from my perspective, very easy to make modifications.
I also like putting everyone on one page because I can make it grow indefinitely.
I also like putting everyone on one page because I can make it grow indefinitely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates aren't very good. It's faster for me to create my own. However, I'd prefer more applicable built-in templates. Also, because it's cloud-based, sometimes it's slow to render.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings everyone on the same page quickly. You can share edit versus viewing rights which is convenient for revision protection. And it's a documented record of what you collaborate on. If I want to save a version from a specific collaboration, I simply copy it to a new icon and retitle it.
Easy to use with a variety of purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Sleek user interface with full functionality. The templates are a helpful start to projects and also help guide me on how best to organize my work. I appreciate the clear and easy to use functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish I could download in bulk, so multiple documents at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft smart charts aren't flexible enough. Lucid allows the fluidity of conversations and the building of processes, projects and brainstorming. It's a great collaboration tool as well as an ongoing working documents for evolving workflows.
