visual collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Visual! it is a strong visual tool that can show my team that
what we are working on, and what we should do to achieve that goal.
It requires participation from all the individuals to contribute, and if they do,
it becomes an awesome tool that is constantly updated and reviewed for the
team success.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are not easy to utilize and definitely need some training.
I hope there is in-app guidance for all the tools that we can use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, it was hard to put everything in one space where everyone is accessing.
Now, putting announcements and newly updated information in the one collaborative space everyone has access to.

Great for sharing ideas and developing content

So many templates and shapes make it easy to find a way to organize information in a way that others can understand it and take action from it

It can be a little touchy with selecting/editing objects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes easy work of creating documents and working on them collaboratively with a team. I use it for a wide variety of tasks such as marketing journey mapping, flow diagrams, webpage wireframes, documenting database models, strategic analysis and more.
Best work whiteboard/notepad!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using lucidspark when I am first starting a project. I can use it as a notepad or a whiteboard and am able to share super easily with my colleagues. I really enjoy creating user flows with Lucidspark.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot that I don't like about Lucidspark! I do sometimes choose to use FigJam just because then all my files are together. But I think Lucid has better mapping capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they are really solving how teams work together remotely. I love the different ways you can brainstorm with your team in Lucidspark, they give you all the stepping stones to help kick off projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The clean user interface is easy to navigate, and very high definition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The load time is a little slow sometimes, so its hard to access it on certain devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My solutions consulting team collaborates with our sales counterparts when we are whiteboarding a sales plan for prospects.
Intuitive Ideation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Lucidspark is so natural and intuitive to use. I am a very visual thinker, so before every project, I use the sticky notes to ideate, and it is so easy to sort and prioritize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many capabilities with Lucidspark, that I am sure I am underutilizing the program. I wish I could create my own template, but for now I just copy and paste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I strive to get to the core needs of my end users, and Lucidspark helps me sort through insights and ideate upon that need in order to design intentional experiences. Being able to see and organize my thoughts helps me enormously. Seeing a touchpoint map helps me realize where my planning needs strengthening, and I can quickly capture ideas and action items in a color coordinated way.
Lucidspark is my go-to for quick visualization of complex processes
What do you like best about the product?
The array of templates is really nice. I can usually find a template for any job function on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing of layers is not very intuitive. It would be great to more easily apply "layers" like you can in visio so you can show a blueprint - then turn on/off different colors and functions.

remote tool that can be used / edited at the same time and even published for review and comments for people that do not have the app (please do not remove this feature)
In this virtual world it's great to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Covid I spent a lot of time putting together collaborative meetings. These were all in-person sessions with posters, sticky notes, dot voting, mind mapping and many different kinds of visual and hands-on tools for real-time collaboration. During the shift to virtual, there was this significant shift towards putting together slide decks. While slide decks are great, it sets the tone of giving and receiving information versus collaborating around a topic. Lucidspark has been incredibly helpful in increasing my real-time collaboration with virtual teams. It also helps create visualizations of complex concepts without needing to be a graphic artist/ designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates could use a little bit more explanation and I would like a wider variety of templates.

How to connect the various social determinants of health in a more collaborative way to benefit and promote an individual's whole health.
Easiest tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
I work with a lot of people who are not completely comfortable with technology. Lucidspark is way more intuitive for them than a lot of the other options. Plus, it's aesthetically pleasing, which is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love about Lucidspark is the sign-in requirements. Sometimes I'm only working with folks once and I want then to join in without having to create an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me be on the same page with my clients right away and to help those who need a visual representation to understand what we're talking about as we work through problems together.
Lucidspark promotes collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Working with a team of folks who are chronically pressed for time, Lucidspark is an excellent way for me to turn conversations into visuals and ask my teammates to comment and insert changes- We can go faster, reduce meetings and get a clearer picture than we would communicate by email
What do you dislike about the product?
Typing labels inside of shapes can sometimes be tedious
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization of workflows whether with customers or purely internal- is faster and more to the point with the visual collaboration platform. Recently one of our departments asked to insert itself into a process managed inside our CRM. Rather than meet or email to understand what and where. I was able to send that team the flow. They could insert themselves exactly where they needed to be inside that workflow. Saved at least one meeting and several emails.
The Best Collaborative Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
I like its true whiteboard feel. The User experience doesn't feel limited by bad features unlike other programs. Lucidspark is the best whiteboard ive used to date and it's where all of my ideas start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I dislike about lucidspark and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the problem of not being able to effectively brainstorm with a remote team.
