Powerful Incident Management and Threat Modeling
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic collaboration tools provided make Lucid greatly beneficial to security teams. It will simplify very complex network diagrams and threat models, create all of them quite easily, with an easy-to-modify platform that assures, in real time, that each member is on the same page during any incident response exercise. It integrates well with other apps like Slack and Jira, which makes all our processes very efficient so that no ball gets dropped.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adapting Lucidchart's templates for our specific security protocols has taken a little fine-tuning, such as how diagram structures may fit special threat models. Not only a slight learning curve but achievable onboarding; the flexibility really paid for its value in time invested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid cleared up the issue of broken communications during critical security events. In the past, it was a very difficult task for my team to work collaboratively on some complex threat assessment with several platforms. Real-time collaboration and live diagramming brought us closer to the response time, which is now way quicker and helps in understanding what our security setup looks like. Further integration decreased miscommunication, narrowed down security gaps, and helped act quickly and correctly in those urgent situations.
Simple and easy tool for brainstorming as a team
What do you like best about the product?
Simple tool for visually present our ideas while team meeting. I use it regularly to create my email sequence and sales outreach flow. It is nice to have tools with good feature to improve our day to work. I use it for myself as well as our team is using it for different purpose. This helps people inside our team to visualize the concepts especially for outreach and workflows. They provide best suppport and handholding. We are integrating it with other collaboration tools as well

Using Lucid in and out for last one year and it helped us a lot to gather ideas together and make it live. Made the operations align with everybodies ideas.

We love this platform, it allows me to plan strategies and the creation of diagrams and virtual whiteborads, it has an intuitive and easy to use design.

It offers me to create diagrams of easy formal and thus keep our company saves working time, it is an excellent tool.
Great way to gain a basic understanding of different functional areas
What do you like best about the product?
I like the added ability to hide data when you need to see elements, it's a more specialized tool for creating diagrams. I like being able to create brainstorming diagrams digitally on the screen. Provides many options available to create custom diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you don't find all the necessary tools, I would like to see the automatic creation of network diagrams. Sometimes it's a little confusing to zoom in on the image, I don't like that the page size isn't maintained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database connectivity helps in importing data from table, helps me keep all my processes in order. The sketches look very professional and elegant. It offers different data visualization and graph options. They have done a good job of offering a wide and varied selection.
Complete solution from Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
We can create groups in same project which helps to better diversify the roles and responsibilities. It makes building plans easy. We can also highlight any page or issue using Lucid suite. I use it daily as a team lead i have to assign duties to everyone Lucid makes it very easy to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit difficult to export files using Lucid. Its not a smooth process.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a must have we use it with both google and microsoft suite apps and it works great. Its an easy to use project managemnet tool which has increased our efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a professional project management tool. Its a great tool for collaboration and helps us connect with our team from both onshore and offshore places. We use its whiteboarding features for explaining things at the time of meeting. Its really easy to use and has great usability as well.

I havent personally faced any issues with Lucid.

we are working remotely Lucid is really necessary for us it helps us collaborate from different locations for our projects. its super easy and efficient to use. It has great set of features you can share items just by using drag feature.

The learnng curve is not difficult but it takes a bit of time to get to used to it.

Lucid works like a charm for us. Its a must have project management tool. we use it in integration with different google tools as well. We havent faced any major issues with this tool.
