I love how it anticipates your design needs which ultimately increases productivity.

I would like the printing/exporting process to be a little better.

It's helping us find the holes in our company procedures and making all procedures easier to understand and implement.

I love using Lucid for the mindmappoing functionality. Easy to use and easy to share with my collegues

nothing I dislike. Only downside is that is requires a licence for everyone to use it

The suite is versatile and can be used for a wide range of purposes, from project management and process mapping to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning. Also it has a friendly interface.

By allowing multiple users to work on the same document simultaneously, it breaks down barriers of location and time zone, enabling better teamwork especially in remote or hybrid work environments

The Tool I Needed To Communicate to My Team
What do you like best about the product?
Some concepts I need to communicate to my team are difficult to express verbally. In my business pieces and parts of a project can get very confusing. Lucid has allowed me to ensure that my team is all on the same page. Having the ability to keep my team informed if any process changes is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations with online CRM platforms are a bit clunky and convoluted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my projects have a specific "flow" and Lucid helps my and my team flush out steps we might have missed just "discussing" the problem or issue.
Very Versatile Tool at a Reasonable Price
What do you like best about the product?
I was suprised at the versatility. From brainstorming and sketches and flow charts to engineering drawings, there are a lot of capabilities here. The free trial gives you a good sense of what the capabilites are, though you are going to want a paid subscription to go beyond the limits on shapes, etc. Collaboration was easy by inviting contributors to the project.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is of course a learning curve for a new UI (like moving from Excel to Google Sheets, etc.) from other products in this category. I did struggle to find some basic shapes, but was easily able to import them from the web. It doesn't seem that there is import capability from Google Drawings, but it may have been my inability to find a workaround.

I FIND IT EXTREMELY USEFUL TO BE ABLE TO BRING BUSINESS TOOLS SUCH AS kANBAN AND SHARE THEM IN A DIGITAL MEDIUM, MAKING IT EASY TO SHARE ON TEAMS AND DURING PERIODS OF HOME WORKING

It can be difficult to navigate the controls at times as these don't align to systems such as microsoft fast keys

It ensures everyone in my team when working from home have a structured mindset on what we are trying to achieve in that particular sprint
One Lucid Chart can be worth a thousand words
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes communication easy. It gives me a set of robust and intuitive tools for sharing the thoughts and ideas in my head with my team. Whenever I'm working on a complex proposal, Lucid is there to help provide my stakeholders with the context that they need to see and understand the "big picture".
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve when getting started. There are many options but the platform does a pretty good job of letting you figure it out by yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a big communication problem for me when it comes to architecting and planning complex software designs. It helps me translate my ideas and concepts into clean and intuitive charts and diagrams that can help my stakeholders grasp and understand what I am sharing.
Good tool for Blueprinting Automation and Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
We have been Lucid Chart for our blueprinting session whenever we have new implementation it helps us document as well and have a consensual approach with our business and technical stakeholders. It also helps us identify gaps in our current processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to collobrate with too many users, version control seems a little bit lacking for users who have admin privileges

Identify and establish undocumented process and have a common base of our showcasing and sharing information regarding my team implementation hence making it easier to have one source of truth which can be updated as we move ahead as well as provided to other teams for information transfers and findings from our implementation
Well Balanced Design and Integration Flow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the multi-chart collaboration as well as the free training options that make it easy for new hires to learn the basics of diagramming straight away.

Right now there is not a lot. I would like some more variability in the colors I can use,
