Easy way to create a visualization of ideas
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and the conditional formatting is intuitive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The org chart function lacks a way to add an executive assistant. For flowcharts, sometimes the arrows do not go around other shapes or makes strange loops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to create process maps as the starting step of process improvement. The audience found it visually pleasing and was impressed with the ease with which we could edit it.
Very easy to use, and made my team an elegant decision tree/matrix to follow
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of designs is excellent. For example, creating a decision tree was based on the business's need to keep our sales team aware of specific technical approaches they must follow for our customers. This was well communicated as a result!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many things were disliked, other than when I mistakenly closed the excel Lucid chart tab - did it then close my entire chart design on the pop up browser window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplified how I could make a decision tree. I have not used it since last week but I would use it again for sure!
Lucidchart is a great tool for presenting!!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is very intuitive and helps organize thoughts and bring them to fruition. The program is user - friendly and has many tips and tricks for a quicker and easier way to present flow charts and graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to Lucidchart. Once you get familiar with the program, it is pretty self explanitory in regards to how to use the actual program. Finding the details of what to put into the program is the hard part!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps organize and catorgorize details of information in a clear and accurate way. It helps when presenting because multiple users can be in the program at the same time and real life data is available for colabberation.
First time user for data analytics course
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to learn how to make ERD's. I especially appreciated the templates and the training labs. After I finished my crash course, I took note of training labs I could come back to so that I didn't forget how to navigate the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The crash course that I was in gave us step by step guidance. I can't say that there was anything that I didn't like because I have not had the chance to explore it on my own yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, lucid chart was a way to save time when diagramming. I could just integrate my data and also with the templates I didn't have to start from scratch.
Great collaboration tool with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
My team has a hybrid in-office/at-home schedule with a few members distributed outside of our state. This tool has allowed us to collaborate better on process flow maps and convert our whiteboarding activities into a digital medium. Their staff has been super helpful and proactive in informing us about new products and how we can better use their existing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some inconsistencies in functionality across the product suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart for process flow mapping, whiteboarding, comparing images, and tagging/annotating documents.
A must have for any Salesforce professional
What do you like best about the product?
My absolute favorite thing is the integration feature. I love that it was simple to connect my Salesforce org to my account and instantly see my org's schema, with a legend too!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to navigate around the canvas sometimes, but that issue becomes less noticeable the more you use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used the platform for wireframing a few times now, and recently saw it used as a collaboration board as well. Its become our team's go-to tool when we map out new processes and/or need a collaboration board.
Easy to get started and powerful day to day
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to the ease of use and many built-in stencils the ability to support both Mac, PC, and mobile platforms was a major driver in our initial purchase.
The ease of migration from Visio and low training requirements have made the onboarding of Lucidchart simple and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I had with the tool suite has been recently addressed. My biggest dislike was the inability to easily switch between Lucidchart and Lucidspark. With the most recent updates, this issue has been corrected and I have personally already used this option extensively while working on cloud design documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has provided us with a single shared platform for all visual documentation and made interface editing across multiple platforms a reality.
The combination of Lucidshart and Lucidspark has also helped our remote workforce share ideas and present information in meetings better. While there are other whiteboarding and design tools haveing them all accessible and integrated with M365 is a major advantage.

Great asset for our team!

What do you dislike about the product?
Takes time to get the hang of but totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual collab and diagramming processes
Easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I was initially a bit nervous about learning how to use Lucidchart, but the program was easy to use right from the beginning. It has a sleek and uncomplicated design that feels intuitive, and there is plenty of information readily accessible throughout the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really encountered anything negative. There is a lot to learn, but it all seems accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need attractive, minimalistic, and functional flow charts for my company's policy manual, and this product makes that easier than I expected. These diagrams look like I spent much more time and effort on them than is actually needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
In complex flowcharts, it would be beneficial to have the option for connecting lines to use bridges that allow them to overlap each other. While colors can help distinguish different lines, when there are many connecting lines, it can still become messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has greatly enhanced the execution of the Problem Management process in Confluence by providing the ability to supplement simple text-based 5 Whys analysis with collaborative Fishbone diagrams.
