Great Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is such a great user friendly tool that can be used as straighforward or complex as you need and has been so helpful in our business.

It helps put together visual representations of process flows to help make sense of idea or projects
Best tool for charts/diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using lucid for making architecture diagrams for the work I am assigned. The ease of dragging any flow element and using it according to my use is the best part of lucid. Apart from this, the availability of so many more options make it stand apart from other tools. Will recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks team for making our life easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
As I have recently started using lucid, I haven't found anything to dislike yet. Me and all my team members use this tool for explaining their day to day task and are very happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Lucidchart is solving a big problem of designing an architecture to explain your peers about the task you are doing or the approach you are going to take. I can simply show my thought process using Lucidchart

Speed of creating flowcharts and unlimited space on the layout

Inserted diagrams (in other docs) do not auto update. Access management is slightly complex.

DIagrams are better than text to capture user journeys and requirements
Surprisingly intuitive and great for collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
It's such a great way to visualise creative projects and complicated workflows. The super clear layout makes it great for collaborating, and being able to add images and other files means you can keep everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the free trial can be slightly frustrating when you're trying to collaborate with external parties (i.e. contractors) and you don't want to set them up on your plan. But it's not a major problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made remote collaboration so much easier for us. As an international team of visually-focused creatives, we were struggling to find an effective way to replace the 'cards on the wall' storyboarding approach, and found Lucidchart was a great fit (and easy to learn for the less technically minded among us!).

The flexibility od being to execute certain thoughts and ideas to classmates and teachers

Maybe perhaps if there an interface that is easier to approach to those who may find online tools dificult to manage.

The way we can layout ideas and concepts to better grasp thoughts and project details as well as understanding processes
Excellent Process Documentation for MacOS
What do you like best about the product?
It's super simple to use, and yet has a powerful array of shapes and features to complete my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes difficult to figure out where to go to use a feature. Online documentation isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to show my clients a visual representation of their current and future workflow. This is an outstanding tool for this.
HR/Admin Manager that is in charge of housing and updating the organizational chart.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly this program is. I can add all our company colors and logos easily. Then to duplicate the same piece, I lock it and copy/paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything about this program that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidCharts is solving time management for our organization. Before using this program, it could take up to an hour to edit the organizational chart because we weren't using the best software. When I need to update, it takes me a matter of minutes within LucidChart.
Fantastic Product to use for diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great for collaboration with other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot programmatically add text to Links; this would help with auto-creating diagrams.

PLanning for network design changes. We also use it as a tool to describe parts of the network to management.
