Quite literally the best planning app.
What do you like best about the product?
To list a few things that i like the most about Lucid Visual would be. The intergration system; I use google drive for all of my work between me and my business partner and being able to edit from there and save to the system without any need for swapping tabs, sending new share links all of the time is amazing, we have a dedicated folder for all of our charts and it does really make it easy to use and collaborate together. The actual system itself is really easy to use and intuitive, i have used another app similar before but it only works for images. an unlimited chart space for all of my images AND all of the flowchart, brainstorming and planning tools is all i have ever really needed and Lucid provides them all. For the amount that i use this platform and for such a reasonable price i could not really ask for much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that i have with Lucid, all be it a small one is that the application is only avaliable for the larger price plan, i do not need this as it is only me and one other that work together, so being able to have a desktop or mobile app for individual users would be great, it would allow me to work on bits and pieces while i am out and about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid solves the issue that i have had with organised planning, along with the fleshing out of ideas. I have developed so many more in depth and thorough ideas and plans since i have joined, i started the free trial and decided on day one that i was going to start paying for the plan. It really has worked wonders with helping fully build detailed ideas and plans for my work.
Super Useful for Diagraming
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it super easy to layout chatbot workflows and communicate complex branched structures clearly. It has also be much better for collaboration then alternatives we have worked with in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a bit OCD, so I love when every box is the same size and formating is consistent. It is hard to do that in bulk today.

Chatbot flow diagraming and ERD diagrams
Fantastic and User friendly product for design!!
What do you like best about the product?
it's effective way to design and use different shapes to design.We can describe a flow chart neatly and even share it with our colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall i liked the product but Lucid can bring more shapes and features to make the flow diagram more effective

We had made the architecture of our app from lucid and it is benifiiting us alot.
Excellent diagramming tool for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Lucid to enable remote collaboration with my clients. I find the tool intuitive and full of usefull features to help streamline my processes
What do you dislike about the product?
I like using Lucid as a core tool but I want more functionality around connecting data from my microsoft tools, like excel word and powerpoint, so I can make a more dynamic and reusable working environment.

In terms of matters, there are different languages in the site’s interface so that you can benefit from it optimally. Adding the Arabic language is an important step and services a large segment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Works as expected
What do you like best about the product?
Use it for planning and mapping. Its able to do all i need to, and helps along hte way

Sometimes when moving things around, the auto help features mess up the rest of the doc. But that is to be expected.

It helps clarity to business and operations processes
A perfect tool to outline diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
As I mostly use Lucidchart to outline processes I did notice that it is remarkably useful for bulding diagrams. It effectively supports a lot of different industry accepted notations of blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt support importing PlantUML diagrams.

I helps to introduce a new dimention in the visual representation of various maters.
Ease of use and great for collaboration amongst co-workers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of baseline templates available to be able to begin flowcharts, the ability to colaborate amongst other team members is also a huge plus

nothing I can think of at the moment. The product works as expected

being able to quickly generate diagrams for new workflows to present to project managers and product owners
Easy to Learn Option for Producing Effective Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are easy to learn and the platform is easy to navigate. Documents are easy to export and file format options are plenty.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more pre-built styles (perhaps I haven't found them yet).

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me fulfill requirements for my technical communication courses and it allows me to make quick, effective visuals for my job (usually visuals of internal processes).
