Great to visualise user-flows for customer presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive, quick to start using and share among the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes copying it to other documents was problematic but I guess I figured it out after a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mainly for customer journey mapping and it's a great tool for team work. Looking forward to discovering more use cases
Easy way to quickly create diagrams for your IT business
What do you like best about the product?
A solution that empowers enterprise teams to collaborate in Tech world via creation and sharing of architecture diagrams, white boards, system designs, sketches what not. You can also import or transfer other formats into Lucid chart
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new tool it takes some time to get used to work with before you master it, but it is rather a common feature to any software solutions. Lucid products are pretty intuitive and don't require any specia training guide
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To me as a Technical Solution Architect it provides a powerful tool to visualize technical solutiosn diagrams, share them with my peers and document the solutions
Good experience for a novice to the software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to accurately map very large maps without being force in single slide/page.
Also, it is pretty easy to use, given some experience with office suite. I have been using the software daily for the past 3 weeks now.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to issue a command without having everytime to point and click. For instance, something like the "Alt+Q" on MS Office or the "Alt+/" on Google Docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for very large diagrams that would not be practical on common office suites
A Great Tools for Graph Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is a great tool for group collarboration of all kinds of graphs.
It also contain lots of practical and usefaul templates, it is also very easy to use, it have the auto aligenment and auto binding as well as Visio and Omnigraph.
I almost use it every week to collbrate with my colleagues.
It also can support other tools as well.
The provider also have a very good product support of this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
LucidChart lack or does not support well for DOT and SVG import.

It have a very good collaboration function, so that every group member can work on the things in very efficient way.
Helpful tool for visualizing workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I've enjoyed using Lucid chart to bring workflows to life. It was easy to be part of our business account and our Lucid manager reached out to ask if I had any quesitons. To get started, Lucid has several templates from swimlanes to flowcharts. It's truly plug-and-play software. It's easy to align, format, color and adjust shapes to ensure the content is easy to see, read and most important, follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are a lot of helpful features, it can be challenging to pick which template is the best to use. Having support to pare down the options would be helpful, given the type of chart you're making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually bringing workflows to life! In a process map, it's helpful to see what challenges may arise, and decisions that need to be made. Lucid makes it easy to get going!

A decent workflow charting tool with a few caveats

Lucid is lightweight, and embeddable across several productivity suites.

Certain keyboard control features such as Zoom in/out are a bit unintuitive.

Easy visualization of workflows
Very useful software, has made the switch off of Visio so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use, very versitile with a lot of features. I use it every day and have little to no problems. Very easy to learn and integrate into work. Easy to implement other programs like visio into import and export.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things seize up, it is a little hard to select certain shapes or items within a crowded lucid sheet. It was hard to learn a few things, but looking up and seeing a ton of user and Lucid forums made learning features easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes wireframes very easy to make. I am able to create everything I need to do with it. When creating flows and other diagrams it is the best software out there. Visio is very clunky, and Lucid being browser based is also a huge plus.
The app is very intutive and helps manage rights as per the user to view the dashboard

The permission of user(role based) is really great.

it hepls in retrospective as we can speak our minds out and also plan for the tasks usng mind mapping
Really good tool for creating project flows!
What do you like best about the product?
Personally I love this product. it is extremely intuitive to use and does everything I need for it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would change is the fact that we can't highlight. There has been multiple times where I have needed to highlight but we couldn't.

It allows me to take what is in my mind and visualize it for my team to see.
