Easy to make very large detailed genealogy trees
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the very best things about it is that it is very easy to learn and to use. I create very large charts & trees for genealogical purposes,--Lucid Chart is ideal for my purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything that I dislike about Lucid Chart. I don't use the collaboration features, so I can't comment on that aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize and visualize a large amount of information, in a way that is quick and easy.
User Friendly and Collaboration Enhancing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the amount of various digital tools available within to map out processes and see bottlenecks to improve on efficiencies as well as templates that helps in various project scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a great collaborative tool , the amount of time taken to build out a complete project is large, mainly due to lesser integrations that people using are unaware of and with time frequency of getting back to the platform lowers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Swim Lanes to define and understand involvement of multiple parties in large collaborative projects.

It's easy to get the hang of using. Very effective when planning with groups
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding different shapes can be quite frustrating due to how sensitive it is when clinking the links.

We are using is to tackle processes within the dep. Making sure each person understands the process flow.

Small learning curve, easy to get productive quickly

would like to have animated lines, this is a feature in other packages and helps with illustrating data or logic flow

it solves the complete range of connectivity diagrams and other collaboration activities, and it totally beneficial for my roll.
Amazing tool for creating course wireframes and mindmaps
What do you like best about the product?
As an Instructional Designer, I need to create wireframe for different learning programs which can be elabortae and complicated. Lucid Suite makes my job so much easier in this respect. The flowcharts are easy to create and manage. Love that there are multiple templates to choose from which save me a ton of time! I also use platform to create mindmaps to use in my lessons. The sticky note is also something we frequently use in my team to brainstorm and ideate for a project. I have integrated the platform in my daily work intrinsically and cannot image my day at work without it!

I haven't come accross anyhting that I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Suite helps me create and maintain elaboprate wireframes for my e-learning programs. The sticky notes also help my team immensely during ideation and brainstorming sessions. it is also greatly handy from a project management standpoint.
Effective for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, even for users who have never tried the product before

There are a lot of different features to learn and it may take some time to get well acquainted with the suite.

Collaboration of a large group
User Friendly and easy to use charts
What do you like best about the product?
As a student and as a professional who uses LucidCharts the most, are the prebuilt user tamplets for all my needs. IT has BPMN diagrams, Context Diagram and Use Case Diagram for me to build my charts quickly. The charts are pretty and I can adjust the color scheme according to the org I am making it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any striking demerits of the software. But if I had to point one, it would be addition of more templates for a Use Case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quick to use and I can make diagrams very fast since I dont have to build it from scratch. It saves a lot of my time!
My preferred workflow visualization application
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is incredibly intuitive to use and I specifically enjoyed importing other charts from other software services into Lucid. The import was successful and I didn't have to make any edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had many issues with configuring lucid. I've used it at previous companies before so onboarding at a new company was pretty seamless
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use lucid to translate customer workflows into a diagram so that we can collaborate and I can solidify my undersatnding
Excellent Product to map Business and Process Flows for Product Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked collaboarating LucidSpark with my internal team to finalize the business and proces flows for my requirement as a Product Managers. I can quickly draw such flows quicky using the same.

More predefined Templates would have helped.
