Very good illustrative tool for creating business processes and flows

It is very user friendly and interactive. Multiple options to customize.

So many areas of button/features. Left side, right side so finding them all. I would like a desktop version rather than web-based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been working with Org charts only. So far, PPT is just as visually pleasing and easier to manipulate. My next project will be to create swim lanes.

I love how easy it is to create flowcharts that help me present clearly.

Sometimes it is hard to get the arrows to all be uniform and straight, especially when moving stuff around.

lucid chart helps me to share what I am working on, as well as get quickly up to speed on others work

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has definitely empowered the way compliance and risk frameworks are handled. The intuitive interface makes it very easy to map out complex processes for fast implementation and seamless integration into systems. Most importantly, this feature of real-time collaboration will empower our teams to do compliance checks and audits with seamless ease even when they perform the task quite frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
With very large diagrams, performance might slow down a bit—especially when deadlines need to be met. Speed and efficiency will definitely be driven by optimizations for larger files or an offline mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quite versatile with the huge number of features Lucid possesses. It also proves very useful in the workflow for risk management and audit. Their customer service is good in its way—moreover, the flexibility of the platform makes it possible to break up the audit procedures for more collaborative work. It enhances decision-making and compliance visibility essential to our regulatory processes.

I love the designed charts, colors and structure options. In addition, I love the correction modes that we can use if we don't like the project view

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspects of Lucids visual collaboration is its real time, intuituve design that allows teams to easily create, share, and edit diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps together, no matter where they are. Upsides include enhanced communication, stremlined project managment, and the ability to visualize complex processes.

One downside of Lucid is the limited features available in the free version, which can restrict acess to more advances tools.

Lucid helps solve problems releated to team collaboration, process visualization, and project planning. It allows me to clearly map out workflows.

Smooth user interaction and seamless collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how easy it is to use, even if you’re new to it. The interface is straightforward, so you can start creating right away without any hassle. While working on hackathons and projects, sharing my work with teammates is as simple as clicking a button to generate a collaboration link, which makes working together so much smoother. It’s been really handy for creating system designs and building them. I use this frequently and it has become my go to tool for brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find a way to save a preferrd color or size of text or background of the elements. Each and every element had to be manually configured to the preferred setting. My use case was to create diagram for dark mode ppts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming in hackathons and projects has become incredibly smooth with the real-time collaborative features, allowing us to quickly build on each other’s ideas without the usual back-and-forth. I am now able to work with teammates faster, spending less time on sharing and more time on creating together.
