Very good and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly and easily create diagrams that communicate the connections and processes within a system. I appreciate how many options are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of how much lag there is when moving the different objects as the number of total objects on the grid increases. This lag slows down progress significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve problems such as onboarding new features into an existing system or designing components for a new system. It helps to communicate the impact of features on the overall system.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the flowcharts can be. I was a first time user and was able to navigate through my flowchart without having to use a ton of resource materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that I truly dislike about Lucidchart. I really appreciated the number of flowcharts available for my profession and would maybe recommend adding more templates across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to document an entire supply chain process and needed to use a flowchart that would be quick to create and easy to follow. Lucidchart helped me create my flow in a few hours.
Way more than just a replacement for Visio!
What do you like best about the product?
I do appreciate the collaboration features. Previously we used Visio and stored documents in an Azure DevOps git repo, which was too cumbersome. Lucidchart provides a much smoother workflow, and it's great that there's MS Teams integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some old dogs on our team, and getting them to switch has been a challenge, even though I found the on-ramp to Lucidchart easy. It's a minor complaint, but a "looks just like Visio" mode might help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly mocking up UI screens with the wireframe capability saves us time since it's easier to use than Visual Studio and Blend. Allowing multiple devs to mark up UML diagrams yields a more consistent understanding of design intent and buy-in across the team.

That its very user friendly and a lot of options on what you are looking for.

I have not found anything yet that i can see needs improvement.

I use it for our company seating charts and office moving plans.

It is easy to use and manipulate. Very useful tool.

Slight learning curve until you get the hang of it.

Helping to create flow charts for agents to lessen their cognitive load.

The included diagrams and automatic database/service images that pop up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's integration with google plugins are not reliable all the time. Wish it would connect easier and also automatically update the thumbnail image when within the google doc.

Lucid Chart Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart is very seamless and intuitive to use, I can always accurately depict what I am trying to visually represent in and easy manner. It's scales well when attempting to display complex situations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have for lucid chart is formatting a diagram to make it fit into my organization's style to ensure that powerpoint presentations with the diagrams are ubiquitous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart helps me as a Product Manager visually represent my ideas to people who are less technical about our software. It allows me to show how complex systems are connected in one diagram.
User Friendly & Impactful
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Lucidchart allows the user the ability to utilize various templates depending on your need to present, capture, or share information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly no real downside, with the exception that I have never heard of this software before. Possibly more marketing or promotion on the useability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows me to take a project from inception and develop a process flow map, helping to aid in the necessary steps needed to make a project successful.
