What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features like templates, layers, and very easy to learn.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dragging droping and selecting the specific objects always seems to be a challange. Selecting/Deselecting multiple items with keyboard short cut seems to be the thing I struggle with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a great slingle location for collaborating with other teams and generating documentation for our clients.
My experience with Lucid Chart has been seamlessly!

I like the fact I can design solutions architectures for my work with Lucid support!

Lucid - The Finest Site For Creating Business Flows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is the best place to create your business architecture, data models, flow diagrams. Lucid gives you option to paste external images as well unlike others. This feature is awesome, as it might require for you too add your end system's images in the flow diagram. Lucid contains more than 50+ inbuilt customizable icons and templates, it makes the work quite easy and fast. Thanks Lucid for the great work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find any as such, it is the best site I found till date for architectural diagram creation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many to consider!
1. It was a challenge for me to add my endpoint image into the pallete, I tried other site for this and that did not work out as expected, but in Lucid, its just simpliest. You have to just copy the image from anywhere and paste it in your Lucid pallete and it works!
2. They have a bucket of options available for icons, templates and many more design components for making your diagram or flow as eye catching as possible.
3. You can collaborate with your colleagues in the same pallete, this is the best feature here in Lucid.
Now you don't have wait for your colleagues time to sit with you and do the task together, you can just complete your part and share the project with them, they can edit from their end at their own time, Lucid makes the collaboration simpliest!

Excellent alternative to Visio with rich features
What do you like best about the product?
Offers a simple modern interface for drafting out ideas, flows, routing, decisions, etc. The interface is easy to navigate and the features are rich and expansive to keep it high level or get technical really quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. All areas of the product are intuitive and detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting call flows and processes for business analysis. Any type of route path a caller can take in an IVR is documented and any type of process on requirements gathering is documented.
A great way to communicate and share ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I often use the infinite canvas to brainstorm, communicate, and get feedback. It makes it very easy to share ideas that might have taken many pages of text. Instead of writing many pages of text to communicate ideas, you can share a diagram that shows all the relationships and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle to find the right icon or box for what I wan to express, the search fuction could be improved.

Great for drawing architecture diagram
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the icons with third-party providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No mature AI capabilities for drawing, can be improved.

Drawing complex architecture diagrams quickly.
Simplify difficult concepts with ease
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are good to get you started and the GUI is very intuitive so I've been able to easily do whatever I'd want!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the snaps aren't accurate. I'm sure there's a setting, but I've got it se to snap to objects and 1pm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been mapping company processes to help me become better at them and perhaps the diagrams I've made can then help others
The only way to Flow!
What do you like best about the product?
Org charts, flow charts, decision trees, etc. - Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the only way to go! No more zooming in and out on PPT to try and get arrows and boxes to line up. Quick and easy!!

Not applicable as I love everything on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LVCS makes the entire experience so easy. I believe it was David Allen (author of Getting Things Done) who said "Your brain is not for storing things, it's for ideas and creative thinking and strategy. Higher order thinking!". The same feels true when I'm ideating and creating a flow or an org chart or a wireframe - I just want to go with the flow and create! For many years I was mired in trying to drag arrows and boxes and circles and rectangles around and line them up. I've been liberated.
I’ve been using Lucid since 2016 and now I can’t imagine work nor life without it

It allows me to translate what's in my thoughts into visuals.

That I can not use it for low fidelity wireframes for my UX and website copywriting services.

I really like the option to publicly share the diagrams and the different export options.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well sometimes is not easy to select and move things around you select one thing but it moves another one. I don't know if maybe I am using it wrong .

Cresting process workflows, it helps us have a visual representation easy to share and present.
