What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, training tools that help navigate the tool for first time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a live agent that I could ask quick questions for while working on a project with a quick turnaround deadline.

An easy and effective org chart tool.
Organize your Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
Having used Lucidchart for many years now as a tool in our department, it has become a main resource to gather and maintain our company's org. charts. Once we have established the guidelines and input the information, Lucidchart is used by the administration as well as Executives for keeping the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a huge fan of Lucidchart. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be for it to be intuitive. For instance, when adding a position (in a rectangle), can Lucidchart suggest a sized box that matches those that are already on the page. Also, offering some tips when completing line drawing would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines the Org. Chart information and allows multiple associates to access and make updates.
Powerful for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly smoot and easy to use. Its feature set is unlike other products that do not keep user experience in mind. Other competitors need to take a page from Lucidchart
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of Lucidchart is it can at times be difficult for non tech savy users to pick up. Although the tool is easy on the eys, it is priced far higher than competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to organize large models and invite others to collaborate. It's a virtual workspace that is more collaborative and fun to use. Performance is increased with lucidchart
Mind Mapping With Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart provides both an easy and robust interface to help visualize concepts. I use it almost every day to either capture and communicate critical concepts
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to transform one diagram type to another (e.g., Mind Map to Org Chart or Process Flow)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart provides numerous templates to help me start diagramming right away. It also allows me to convert (and maintain) my data in spreadsheets easily
Easy to use with clean layout
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucidchart layout is well organized and documented well. I also like chart portability for people to see them in read-only view without an account. I've been using Lucidchart for a decade and never tired of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing I dislike about Lucidchart. Lucidchart is one of the best products I've ever used and I don't want anything to change as it is perfect the way it is now.

Software flow, database design or even UI
Simplify through visualization.

Having the ability to put all of my operational workflows, diagrams, and charts in 1 shareable location is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love Lucid. I haven't found anything that is a con.

Lucid allows me to simplify cross-departmental swim lanes, workflows, and procesess.
The best tool for process mapping!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is incredibly powerful and my go-to software for brainstorming, process mapping, planning, and building strategies. It is also extremely easy to use!

I actually love everything about it! I really would not change a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart gives me a virtual whiteboard where I can put my thoughts down in a logical format and rearrange as needed.
Easy, simple, and available everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. It is not the most fancy one out there but it gets the job done. The ability to import objects from databases, which is my nitch, model freely is top of mind for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interaction is not as intuitive as I'd like. Some times I get stuck trying to reformat objects on the canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database models and Azure cloud architectures.

LucidChart Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that LucidChart is web-based and easier to use than Visio. Flowcharts are a breeze and shapes are very customizable. I really can't recommend it enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing and exporting Visio diagrams is hit or miss. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. Any connections between shapes typically have to be redone and there are some formatting issues that might occur as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A less expensive way of creating diagrams that everyone can utilize an collaborate on. It has enabled our organization to realize the benefits of diagramming tools without having to invest in Visio.
