Just moved from Miro seems easy
What do you like best about the product?
Everything seems pretty easy to use so far being a very big user of miro

I am worried about the migration of all my miro boards to lucid and have heard things do not copy accross

I am a product manager so I make use of all of the above features of it

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid provides not just pointers but easy to use visual diagrams that helps my work as a Project Manager building quick process flows like architecture diagrams for the cross functional teams. This saves time and accomplishes the need of accurate information being transposed to business teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think not all features are free! And sometimes there are more number of features than required. I guess less is more here but again for my work high level detail is sufficient but if more detailed workflare required it might require those additional features of catalogs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a liaison between business and technical teams so Lucid comes extremely handy to translate high level business requirements into more intricate and specific details required for development builds and implementation.
The easy to understand flow of requirements is the main highlight and ability to takj through them is jey for the stakeholders to understand the details of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me visualize and orgnize what need to do. I alway go back to it and add more when planning my work so it makes what i need to do a lot more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
at first it seemed overwhelming and hard to navigate to. there were so many shapes and and different templates i got confused on how to add shapes. clear instructions in the begging would be nice users can have a skip button on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to plan out a data flow for one of the data piplines i was bulding.

Lucidchart is particulary useful for its extensive library of shapes and templates that simplify complex diagramming for processes, systems and networks

The folder structure of the Lucidcharts can be improved

It simplifies running the SCRUM tech meetings using the collaborative whiteboard and writing and storing the importanant system diagrams

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is pretty intuitive and i love the drag and drop functionality. There are plenty of icons available for all types of various software related activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tool is very intuitive, it would be awesome if I was prompted with time saving tool tips. It would be great if Lucid noticed when i was doing something inefficiently and prompted me how to do it better.

It helps me diagram process flows so Developers and PMs can easily discuss the flow and how the code should work.

Creating comprehensive workflows that are easy for clients to follow has always been a challenge for my department. Lucid Chart has alleviated this problem. It's friendly user interface and features makes flow charts and diagramming super easy.

It's a very powerful tool for teams and individuals looking to enhance collaboration and communication across different projects. I love the user-friendly interface, I think it took me little time to figure out how everything works and how to do the best use of the futures the suite offers.

I might be because I'm new at using the suite, but sometimes I have a hard time putting the arrows where I want them to be.

I need to map a very complex process in my company. This is the best way to do it in a very efficient and easy to visualize way.
New to Lucid charts and liking it!
What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to Lucid in a training and I have found that it is very user friendly and easy to use. I like it because it satisfies my need to write things down and have a visual representation of what I am writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem to spell check when I am writting in items, there might be a spell check but I have not used it yet.

People like seeing that we can move ideas around on a screen and connect ideas together.
An Amazing Tool for Collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for many reasons! It makes it so easy to sketch out web page redesigns, create collaborative roadmaps, manage projects across teams in a visual manner, and just have a solid place for brain-storming!
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall platform has a ton of helpful features, is extremely user-friendly & pretty easy to use/figure out! Sometimes Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite does have a bit of a lag or causes my other tabs to run a bit slower, so I tend to have to close Lucid once I am finished using it, rather than being able to keep the tab open as a reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is solving several problems related to road-mapping projects and creating wireframes! Lucid allows me and my team to get our thoughts down in an effective manner to plan our time when approaching a new project adequately. The visual elements make it highly effective when working on back-end, front-end, or graphic/design-related tasks.
