Easy to use for mind-mapping and organograms
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark has an attractive and intuitive interface. It makes arrows and connections between boxes look much smoother compared to other similar software I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to understand how to navigate around a large board on Lucidspark, it could be made clearer that clicking and dragging with the right button is the way to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a Partnership where I need to stay on top of many complicated interactions. I use Lucidspark to create visual representations of the different groups and partnerships that exist, as well as to map out the journey towards achieving our strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is the wide variety of shapes and connectors available, which provide you with a flexible and customizable building block system that effectively captures and conveys your ideas during collaboration sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Lucidchart. However, you do wish that it could be as fluid as Lucidspark in terms of flexibility. I feel that Lucidchart should have a Lucidspark mode and be able to toggle back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart solves the meeting problem where people talk at very high level but using a tool like Lucidchart encourages people to express their thoughts with workflow. This helps uncover areas where agreement is strong and where disagreements need to be surfaced and worked out.

Easy to understand. One can draw diagrams in fraction of seconds.

No downsides. I like everything about Lucidchart.

Lucidchart helps me write SQL codes.

The most valuable aspect was the variety of customizable tools available to create professional-quality visual representations and the ability to collaborate in real-time with others. The platform's user-friendly interface and the option to export diagrams in multiple formats made it easy to integrate my work into other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somethings I disliked about lucid charts was there were occasional glitches and bugs I experienced when using the software. However, these bugs did not stop Lucidcharts from helping me provide good visual representations for my data.

I have found that the platform can help solve various problems related to visual communication and collaboration. For example, I can use Lucidchart to create professional-quality diagrams that effectively communicate complex information, streamline workflows, and facilitate real-time collaboration with others.
The tool you never knew you needed but now can't live without
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes it a dream to manage process flows and org charts. This software is insane- it is so intuitive and moves exactly how you want it to. You can tell that Lucidchart developers have put so much thought into the UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish were different is that hyperlinking led to a traditional underlined and blue hyperlink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows me to think through problems and diagram them simultaneously. I don't spend mental energy trying to move around boxes and arrows (like I used to do with other tools that I will not name) and instead can focus my attention on addressing problems for my company.
Very useful tool. Very variable, can use all of the functions in a variety of ways.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Lucidchart is the table function. You can create tables that mimic the table functions in SQl. This was super helpful. It compares very strongly with other competitors, if not it is the best resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I immensely disliked about using Lucidchart is that I had to discover all of the excellent functions by myself. There were very few tutorials involved. I would like to see a more comprehensive tutorial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helped me a lot with solving, diagramming, and visualizing problems with database management in SQL. It absolutely made me more productive in achieving my solutions. It is much easier than doing it by hand.
One of the best prototyping and flowchart diagramming application
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't need an app to download. I can quickly spin off a blank chart and start doing my flow diagrams without any hustle. Also, it is easy to share and collaborate with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really concerning. May be some of the templates which are paid can be made free

It helps in drawing solution architectural designs and collaborate with team members
Diagramming with Lucid Chart
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart is one of the easiest-to-use diagramming tools I've come across. One of my favorite things about the tool is how easy it is to share access with other team members, enabling easy collaboration. Exporting your diagram is also incredibly easy and can be done in many formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with other diagramming tools, Lucid Chart can sometimes be tricky when drawing or altering arrows and other connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Lucidchart last year for the first time while building a process flow and was blown away at how easy the process was. We also use this tool while creating data flows and other helpful diagrams. The collaboration features within Lucidchart make it easy to invite team members to review/revise the document, and the export features make it easy to move the document to a company page or wiki.

Lucid is an excellent tool for Process Mapping

Lucidchart helps my org build process maps and helps create visuals for the project managers. The end result is our PMs being much more productive and having a clearer understanding of things.
