What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Lucidchart for a a couple of weeks now, and it's been great when it comes to creating organization charts for lead accounts & customers. It has a very user-friendly interface and an extensive library of shapes and templates to work with. It makes the process of designing complex organization charts very easy, and I can easily customize them to fit the unique needs of each accounts. The real-time collaboration feature is another standout for me, as it allows my Account Executive and manager to work on charts together. It has improved our efficiency and communication significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for new users may be steep as navigating the full range of capabilities can take some time to master, and it might not be the ideal choice for users seeking a very simplistic, minimalistic diagramming or whiteboard tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has significantly benefited us by promoting efficient collaboration, consolidating our visual tasks into one platform, and providing a centralized repository for our work, thereby increasing our productivity and ensuring better communication across the team.

Lucid is really simple to use if you are new to "online whiteboards". Without any experience, you can just pick it up and make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything so far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love using it as a whiteboard feature to brainstorm different ideas and collaborate with other team members as we are a fully remote team working across different timezones.
Enjoyable experience - works well and is good for collaboration

It is quick and easy to setup; it has many functions and features and also has lots of templates that make it simple to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to edit text on the templates and there is an ongoing bug where 'unassigned' rows cannot be removed.

putting together a roadmap for my client project; the lucid tooling makes it easy to build, share and export which my client has really benefitted from.

Nothing so far, the platform has been easy to understand with minimal training necessary

We primarily use it for manufacturing process flow charts and it has been excellent for visualizing all of the various steps of the process
