This is best tool to me for better team collaborations & improve communication through visual
What do you like best about the product?
The most i like about it is the that we can collaborate on real time to work together and create a better design and then its drag drop feature which is very very useful and there is alot of types of templates charts diagram. It is very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing i dislike is the lucidcharts get sometime get laggy and freeze the meeting. The cost is also very expensive which seem to be a dislike to me. And there is no desktop app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem this tool is solving and benefitting me is as this allow to create visual charts diagrams and then communicate and discuss with teams, which helps in better decison making, apart from that it integrate such as google workshape & Microsoft office for making easy workflow. It also helps in for better productvity as well
Smooth way generate intelligent diagrams and flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Curruntly i am testing several app, websites and softwares for my clients, if i find problems in that so i send the chart report to my customers for that this software is must to generate quick and intelligent charts with this tool advanced features like i can take the charge in that and use many shapes and charts, this tool has shapes library that make me to use creatives for my charts. i can use UMLs and containers for my diagrams to make report more attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes work slow while creative lenghty documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this is managing my workflow by having advanced chart report and can generate diagrams fast with this advanced feature, me and my team implement things and add our ideas remotly on same report. this provides share options by this me and my team work smartly and wrap up work very fast and this tool having easy interface and new team member can work without taking any help. best tool save time.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has made our curriculum planning dynamic and flexible, like a growing tree. It has turned project management into an engaging and strategic process, making tracking fun. Plus, it's cloud-based, I can solve problems from anywhere, like a virtual superhero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having so many options can cause analysis paralysis, where meetings sometimes get stuck in arguments over which chart type to choose.

It has transformed our remote learning support, helping us create interactive guides that users easily understand and use.
Faster and creative tool to design th diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is full of features to create intelligent charts. I can convert my work ideas faster in charts to increase the productivity and to show my clients ans seniors with the help of this tool. I can create amazing charts by using easy option of this tool like having different types of shapes and many flow chart and allow me to share the charts internally to my team and they can also make changes in the chart. Very easy interface make this tool good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I can convert my smart ideas into designs to show my productive work to clients. I need to send the work process and work plan reports to my seniors and clients. This tool can create very fast charts and match with my expectations cause that I think find things in this tool. Very easy options.
Affordable and Productive Tool to Create smart Charts.
What do you like best about the product?
This is having very simple and easy option to create chart and diagrams for my work. I am using this without having any prior knowledge of this. I can choose from lots of shapes and and uses different types of fonts to make My work more productive. It I compare price with other tools this has very amazing with the reasonable prices.

Nothing, this tool is making work simple and smart.

I get the work from my clients then I have to show them how things going on in quality assurance. I take help of this tool to create work flow chart and diagrams. This makes my work very smart I can instantly create charts by using the very simple shapes.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Lucid quickly became a solution for us because it was able to quickly it was able to quickly help us manage activities, tasks and carry out planning in an orderly manner. The things I liked most about Lucid were:
1. One thing that I loved was the virtual whiteboard system, this system was essential for the proper functioning of the platform in our company, because it helped us establish sharing ideas quickly, generating whiteboards that helped me understand the process to complete work and activies in an easier way. The Lucidspark system was excellent, I was able to add work maps, boards where I could organize notes for each process of the work to be developed. Lucidspark was one of the most functional tools for me and my company.
2. I loved the way in which Lucid Visual allowed me to develop projcts completely with the help of Lucidchat, where I was able to locate new containers where I could add essential information to mark each new process of the project that was being developed, in addition, I managed adding diagrams with data flows and workflows where my entire work team could see the progress very closely and the steps to follow to complete the project. Lucid was key to developing projects step by step and constantly collaboratively.
3. Another thing that I loved is Lucid's AI system, this system was essential to correctly organize all the project diagrams, because the AI was able to automatically summatize all the steps of the project or session, with order to reduce the completion time and improve the success rate of that project, AI was key during my experience with Lucid.

I had no negative aspects during my experience with Lucid, I managed to have a fluid experience and achieved correct management of short and long-term projects at any time. Lucid's collaborative features stayed up and running positively and this made for fast performance with Lucid, no complaints. I really enjoyed the time I used Lucid to develop many projects in my company, we currently do not use it, but our benefits were very noticeable and this allowed rapid innovation in the growth of projects, Lucid was impressive for our company.

Previously, our company had difficulties developing projects collaboratively, there were many inconveniences for our agents to fully collaborate on our projects, due to the lack of an informative an informative platform, where we could see the progress and receive collaboration of our employees. Lucid provided us with a system where we could share essential information, manage tasks, manage the different diagramas, plan each stage of the project and review the participation of all employees in the projects. Lucid Visual was a very essential platform for our company to develop more than 50 projects from the moment we started using it until we stopped using it . In addition, we managed to financially manage the projects and thus reduce the cost and completion time of these projects. I loved my experience at Lucid because it was very noticeable how we were able to complete projects in less time, and that was what excited us.

Integrating Lucid in our organisation was a bit challenging due to lack of technical staff.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been the best I have found for org and flow charts. It helps me make things look goog and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel it is user friendly - ish. Getting started is really easy and simple charts work really well. It is when it gets more complex or larger charts. HOWEVER I really feel like this is user error - my teammates seem to be able to do incredible things with it.

Creating flow charts to show processes and having our org chart actually written down.
Great option for process reviews
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a great alternative to programs like Vizio. Works almost exactly the same. Easy to move things around, creates really solid looking documents that impress colleagues and clients alike. I use this too all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to see everything if you have a smaller monitor. Works great on larger screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have complex processes at our company, and we need easy ways to display them to clients. Lucid chart helps me stay organized, and helps the client visualize our services. I even bring the client into the process map creation and make live edits to Lucid with them on the call. It makes collaboration really seamless.

I am impressed with how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has transformed our audit planning and risk assessment processes. The visual mapping tools make it easy to create clear, detailed representations of complex audit trails and risk areas across different departments.

Setting up and managing access controls has taken more time than we expected.
