Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visuals are the strongest I've ever used. I like how there's great framework but you can build custom imagery.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really challenging with a mouse. The zoom in and out without a trackpad isn't user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows multiple people to contribute at once, allowing for fast virtual collaboration.
Great place to collaborate on visuals, charts, or any other type of documents
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to start a new document, share it with colleagues and enjoy collaborative efforts on it. In my team we are using it on a daily basis because of its multiple features and possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a possibility to define a team of people, add certain people in it and share with the team rather than with the individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is aligned to the most used architectural notations, also there's a possibility to define reusable custom objects that can be easily drag-and-dropped to the board
Lucid is an intuitive tool that is quite easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and draw on there. Loads fast and doesn't lag if there are more than 1 users

Would appreciate having an app so I can add it to my ipad for offline use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make a lot of material flow diagrams and product flow diagrams for customer proposals. Lucid is allowing me to create those in a manner that are visually appealing and easy to understand
Good Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is open for creativity. There are so many tools and editing attributes that can be used to visualize any scenario/operation. It is pretty easy to use as well with no direct support needed. It is quick and can be accessed anywhere with an offline mode too. This tool can really visualize any operation so that it is easy to comprehend and efficient to work with as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, there was a lot to comprehend in total. It took trial and error to get used to it, but it did not take me too long. There are not many negatives to this product because it is so open for creativity. There are so many shapes, lines and pictures that can be used to visualize any type of operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us visualize our solutions and provide it to vendors, so they can provide us the best workstream possible. It is helping everyone understand workflows much easier.
A fundamental tool for understand our knowledge sharing in our business
What do you like best about the product?
The templates, easy sharing of diagrams and ease of use mean it is the first tool I turn to when trying to demonstrate an idea or share knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
If the other user doesnt have a license for lucid chart it can be frustrating to share and not be able to collaborate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to clearly articulate complex issues and data, whether this be org structures, technical architectual diagrams or mind maps
My Experience with Lucid Charts for UML Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
All the components of the UML diagram are neatly presented to your disposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be cumbersome for selecting among the vast availability of designs or shapes. I would like to suggest to allow for a user to have the option to quick select from the previously used shapes in the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping make other's understand what design is in m y mind through a simple diagram.
One of the best visual tools for a team
What do you like best about the product?
Its great for collaboration, its really easy to customize and you can connect data to automatically generate diagrams. Also, but not less importantly, the templates are a great starting point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easyness to connect data and implement it. It could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating diagrams, customize those diagrams in an expedit way and connect it with various internal data points.

I like how user-friendly and straightforward Lucid is, it makes collaborating with team members very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of capabilities in Lucid and I don't think I have fully explored all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it very easy to map out plans across my team and individually, the visual capabilities allow me to color code sections for deadlines. Lucid makes seeing the big picture very easy.

Great website for collaboration, infographics, and visuals to foster cohesive planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects can be a little bit clunky and could be more streamlined when trying to implement changes on a macro level in charts.

Makes visual representation and data implementation easy.
Best way to build architecture diagrams!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and provides many icons for building architecture diagrams. It is also easy to import files from different platforms and reuse them to build something new in Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few more tool icons can be added to the suite as technology progresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To provide an end-to-end architecture diagram for the internal and external members of the team to view and get details from.
