Lucid Chart Great product and easy collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way that collaborations has been made to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really found anything that is disliked. Coming from an alternate product its just the nuanced differences on how the same thing is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the use of diagrams and brainstorming easier and less clunky than alternate product
My Teams Love Collaborating Dynamically
What do you like best about the product?
Using this for our Sprint retros has led to greater participation and more productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features don't compare to a collaboration board like MURAL or Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this primarily fro Agile Sprint Retros. It does a great job to bring virtual teams together and start thinking and talking as if we were in the same room.
Lucidchart makes visualisation simple
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate across teams located in disparte locations is brilliant. The suite is easy to pick up and learn 'on-the-job. I've used the suite to demonstrate to a range of stakeholders teh advantages and possible issues of a number of solutions to key project goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've tried to access offline and it doesn't seem to be possible, which is a slight drawback. I was also hoping to import files from other sources but there is a limited number of file types that can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is allowing us to collaborate across remote teams on important, time critical projects that have many stakeholders and many key decision points. Visualisation of problems and solutions makes the whole project run far more smoothly
Best tool to create workflow and business diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly experience this tool provides is great. I can make workflow diagrams with a lot of ease by using Lucid Chart
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there are any cons with this tool particularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To put the toughts down on a screen and get the team's input and thoughts on them
Lucid Chart is convenient and useful for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite are the ability to use out-of-the-box components to quickly create flowcharts in an hour or less.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how unintuitive dragging arrows between boxes in a flow can be sometimes. There were times I had to copy and paste arrows and then do things like mirror their orientation, because I couldn't customize the ones I already had the right way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is solving the problem of creating visualizations for customer journeys in the self-service space that I can use during presentations to help my audience easily visualize what I'm talking about.
Lucid Chart is easy to use and learn. Highly recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart makes it easy to share, collaborate, and develop interactive flow charts and diagrams with a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more integrations with Lucid Chart such as in Google Sheets or other large platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to creating process flows and detailing multiple steps on complex problems, it's easy to use and display to higher level leadership on our proposed solutions.
The best in the business
What do you like best about the product?
Having used lots of flowchart tools, I find Lucidchart head and shoulders above the rest in terms of features, smoothness, ease of use, and collaboration. Apparently simple features like live sharing and automatic 'crop to content' exports when making a PDF really elevate an already powerful tool for building clear and easy-to-understand flowcharts. I have used it for multiple projects working with third parties and Lucidchart is always the way to go for conveying the kind of information I create as a narrative designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Lucidchart, but some niggles get in the way of a totally easy productive flow sometimes. More powerful tools for selection and moving of existing diagram elements would be welcome, as well as a more user-friendly implementation of the (admittedly useful) theming and template features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an interactive narrative designer, I have to show stakeholders in my work how multiple outcomes can impact the flow of the rest of the story. Text has always been a tricky medium for this, but custom-making a flowchart for everything is time consuming, and other flowchart tools are not as intuitive, lightweight or cloud-based as Lucidchart.
User friendly, useful but quite expensive for usage
What do you like best about the product?
I thought it was relatively easy to use and especially liked the ability to easily share my documents with colleagues. It's much more intuitive than MS Word which was the product we were using prior to Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be easier to colour co-ordinate charts. I found editing some templates to be quite difficult. I think the prices could be more competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for editing organisational structures really easily. I ended up with three variations and found it especially helpful to not have to repeat things or manuall recreate documentss. It all happens very smoothly.
Useful tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I found Lucidspark to be a useful tool for collaboration. It is good for brainstorming and ideation sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major comes to mind. I am happy with the product. One thing to improve could be to add more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good way to collaborate with colleagues and running brainstorming sessions.
Easy to use flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
the flow charts are easy to use and share between coworkers
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish the database flow charts were better and we had the ability to link specific columns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
