Amazing product for visualizing your ideas
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to create different flows of an idea. Multiple shapes etc are available to distinguish between the various components in a system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the zoom is very high, making it challenging to work on the sheet. There should be an option to hide all the side bars etc or enter full screen mode while working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Lucidchart to create ER diagrams for our database design, and it was effortless to collaborate and put our ideas down. We could use the different shapes and figures to differentiate between the various components of our system. Also, it was easy for multiple people to access the same sheet and make changes.
The easiest way to create org charts!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes creating Org charts super simple. Adding details and an image of the employee are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an issue with adding pictures, but Lucidcharts customer service helped me solve it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an Org chart so the team can know who is on what team and who reports to whom.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a wonderful tool for creating code diagrams and user story mapping. The UI is intuitive and easy to learn. I like that you can also easily collaborate and work with multiple users

I do not have anything that I dislike about Lucidchart

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to diagram anything, from org charts to workflows and everything in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any downsides or anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to easily show a visual of various things like regression testing coverage, automation coverage, etc., and it makes it super easy to not only keep track of coverage but also share it with other people.
Lucid chart helps to make your team to be in the same page
What do you like best about the product?
Symplicity + Follow feature. Integrations for Slack and Confluence are helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folders/tags for charts are lacking. It's not easy to search for a chart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my engineering team on the same page. Having a chart makes people ask more questions before an actual implementation. We can foresee the risks and challenges.
LucidChart is very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create a variety of charts and flows. This is very helpful in project management to create diagrams of project schedules. It's very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I have found so far that I dislike about LucidChart.

LucidChart has helped me recreate diagrams that need to be updated. I needed to create several diagrams with different flows and LucidChart allowed me to continuously duplicate and rearrange.
Fantastic flowcharting tool with many uses
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is an invaluable tool for mapping out complex processes. As a visual person, I also find it helpful to gather my thoughts on various projects in an organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it had more tools to make the work faster. For example, an option to link up all the shapes in the document with arrows, lines, etc.

Lucidchart helps me to map out complicated processes and get everyone on the same page.
Lucidchart - Hasslefree and Seamless!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many BI/visualization tools, however, the easy of use and simplicity that Lucidchart provides are commendable. It is easy to navigate and the product experience is AWESOME!
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this point which I dislike. However, there is always room for improvement. Would suggest to introduce for templates for project planning, GANTT charts etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart for Org Charts, Process Maps, Process Diagrams etc. and it is beneficial since this provides a standard and professional look which is difficult to achieve using a PowerPoint or google slide
A great tool for visual representation of ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely like the ease of usability of Lucid Chart. It's super easy to create flowcharts and software interaction diagrams, my primary use case for Lucid Chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally speaking, I am pretty comfortable with the current feature set Lucid Chart offers. However, I would love to have in-diagram-linking capability. Also, it would be great to have a way for the users to see the current feature requests. Additionally, a voting capability will allow users to upvote for features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use-case of Lucid Charts is technical diagramming. It greatly assists with the technical implementation design process to visually convey the intended design quickly.
