Full featured and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart is simple to use, but has a wealth of features. It also has a large library of items which makes it easy to go from say AWS to GCP. Great for somebody who works with hybrid clouds like I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to come up with any negatives. I wouldn't say I'm exactly a power user - I make diagrams on occasion when needed. I'm sure I would have more feedback the more I use the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need Lucidchart to diagram cloud infrastructure and architecture in order to consult with clients and propose solutions for migrations and implementations. It's awesome for this purpose.
Convenient for making charts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of making lines join boxes in various different ways. I like being able to very easily move the boxes around so that I can make any changes very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that lines between boxes snapped together easier so that it is easier to make sure that all the boxes in a line are uniform. I wish there was an option to make all boxes the same size and in the same lines with the click of a button. I don't like how some lines are barely above others because they don't automatically snap into the same line plate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to make charts and diagrams that are easy to modify. When I need to add in a new box, I can highlight an entire area to easily make room for that new box.
An incredible tool for visualising your ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Lucid works best for creating and managing large data sets, as it makes the process of understanding complex data easier. The project kickoff templates are a great way to ensure that each new project has all the necessary elements, while the customisable options make it easier than ever to replicate successful strategies across different departments. Team collaboration has never been smoother, with interactive conferencing making organisation between remote workers simple and efficient. All of which proves why so many continue to choose Lucidspark when an intuitive approach to handling large amounts of data is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find elements of Lucidspark counterintuitive. I struggled to understand how certain features such as projectile snapping and permissions on shared whiteboards worked, which took valuable time away from my projects that could have been spent more efficiently on concept generation alone. Collaboration would probably be beneficial, but the usability was more of a hindrance than an aid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidspark, I can finally make sense of the many business concepts in my head. This application allows me to store and organise all these ideas, plans and notes so that they can be easily found for further consideration or action.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales engineer, the best parts about Lucidspark are the ability to easily whiteboard during customer calls, and creating organization charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes organizing multiple docs can be a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales team collaboration is super important, and Lucidspark centralizes many things that the team needs quick references to.
A great tool to colaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to work remotely and locally with teams, being able to develop a lot of content and reach new heights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team Spaces could present more possibilities to edit the view of documents that are linked within it. Furthermore, the features for including notes and other items seem limited compared to Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow remote workers to chare knowledge

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to customize the layout of the space -- you have free artistic reign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating around the page can be cumbersome at times as the "hand" tool isn't easily accessible -- I'd have that tool on the main page and not have to click down a menu to reach it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the challenge of sharing multiple ideas at the same time from several teammates, while working remotely in real-time. This has greatly increased the team's performance.
The most effective diagramming tool I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I found Lucidspark's collaborative design to be very intuitive, using annotations, emoticons and GIF images. Its seamless integration with JIRA makes it easy to create issues and import them for further collaboration. As part of its presentation module, the Google Presentations provides an effective whiteboard view that can be easily shared with team members or other stakeholders. I also appreciate how its various features such as 'create arrow', grouping/ungrouping etc. help to protect and manage components on diagrams quickly and efficiently - overall it is an incredibly useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the lack of flexibility in Lucidspark's design features; not being able to adjust height and width proportions independently made it difficult for me to create graphics that suited my needs. I found it difficult to navigate through the programme because it was hard to remember all the options available, and often what I needed was only to be found under a menu labelled 'more shapes', which weren't always available as desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on Lucidspark to collaborate effectively with my team. When we need to brainstorm ideas or discuss upcoming projects, Lucidspark makes it easy for me to get a full picture of the conversation and evaluate all the options so I can make informed decisions quickly.
Easy to use and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and visually appealing. It's a great tool to use with teams since it's easy to grant access as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I move my cursor away from the working space I get lost and am unable to find what I was working on. I need to be careful of where my cursor is

best tool to collaborate during Sprint Retrospective & team discussion session. Users able to input their ideas using built-in templates, & vote on team members' ideas.
