Good Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The prediction of what shapes and forms you have used previously is really helpful and speeds up production time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if I turned this off, but the fact that it does not have a spell check can be really irritating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently a 1L in law school and I use Lucidchart around finals week to organize my notes and see how everthing fits together
Long time Visio user, I'm converted
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates available on Lucidchart. Just having so many options and ideas helps me be creative in my space. The templates often times have instructions on how to manipulate it properly to retain the diagram structure. I'm a huge fan and can't recall why I ever liked Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am use to minimal color options from Visio so I am still adapting to to the color schemes in most templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has very little process documentation. Lucid has been vital to the transformation for how we document requirements.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, easy functionality, love the sharing and seeing real time changes. And, the funtions are similar to Visio which I like also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is the interface for example on the "Shared with Me" page. It has a "Share Date" though it would be nice to see a "last edited date" if possible because there are other documents shared with me and I sometimes forget which one I am required to edit.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility to work on multiple projects from different areas and have everything together in the same place, plus I can work with teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it might not be as user-friendly, mainly for new users unfamiliar with the tools and concepts. Also, a better way to import different shapes would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a master's student, I am assigned to create multiple models for the projects I am working on. Lucidchart allows me to complete all the models I need within the same document for better organization, and it is easy to go back to something to make changes or improvements.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart has made it super easy to do mind-maps for creating projects. I have used it exclusively for school thus far but I plan to continue using it into my career as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the final projects uploaded onto other platforms can be a bit of a challenge, the integration is not seamless and so I have had to take extra time to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work virtually with group projects and connect our thoughts together in one platform has been super helpful. Also being able to coordinate workload and expectations through the program.
Easy to use, powerful communication and diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive. I picked it up in minutes and was able to create diagrams for my team quickly. It allows me to visualize things for customers that look clean and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially had to search to find some instructions on more advanced topics. I wish these instructions were placed more front and center as well as being easier to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to explain architecture to customers. LucidChart is perfect for that.
Excellent for collaboration multi-platform and integration
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness to transition from other platforms such as Visio, PPT or open source diagrams; also, dynamic data integration is fantastic as you can automatically model by sourcing data from Google Sheets in a snap.

What do you dislike about the product?
The rendering engine sometimes freezes browsers when diagrams stay open for longer periods of time but is manageable.
Lucidscale would be nice to be able to pull large volume of constructs

Cross-collaboration with teams and ease of diagram sharing in consolidated repositories

Make processes and ideas come to life!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart helps bring ideas and processes into reality. There are several templates to choose from that will help you get started based on what you are trying to create. The templates stimulate me to expand on generalized ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the sheet expansion button/arrows. It doesn't allow you to expand the left side of the sheet, only the right side and bottom. Because I sometimes get carried away and overwhelmed with creating process flows, it would be nice to have Lucidchart make "suggestions" for a more suitable format/template to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes ideas fresh and provides visualization. It helps to identify process gaps and improvements to make. It is more modern then using Word or Excel to build out process structures.

Overall, Lucid Chart is a powerful and user-friendly diagramming tool. However, one feature that I think would significantly enhance its usability is a template store. They have many templates, but I would like to see an Open Sourced template store.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear it is and easy to use. A great tool to help me do better. Clear and precise workflows help me understand my job better. It has a clean UI, too and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say. Maybe more options for the UI. I could not figure out a dark mode that would be nice for my eyes. If it's there it's well hidden, at least. Just tiny things here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any in particular. The app seems to work well, making it easy to use.I have not had gripe though about how it currently works, and no issues with bugs.
