Best Diagraming Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart is a powerful and user-friendly online diagramming tool that makes it easy to create professional-looking diagrams. The interface is intuitive and straightforward, allowing users to navigate and find the necessary tools to create graphs quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Lucid Chart is a powerful and user-friendly diagramming tool. However, one feature that I think would significantly enhance its usability is a template store. They have many templates, but I would like to see an Open Sourced template store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the primary ways that Lucid Chart can benefit IT Business Analysts is by making it easy to create flowcharts, data models, and other diagrams essential for understanding and documenting complex systems. IT Business Analysts can use Lucid Charts to create diagrams showing how different system components interact, helping to identify potential bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear it is and easy to use. A great tool to help me do better. Clear and precise workflows help me understand my job better. It has a clean UI, too and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say. Maybe more options for the UI. I could not figure out a dark mode that would be nice for my eyes. If it's there it's well hidden, at least. Just tiny things here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any in particular. The app seems to work well, making it easy to use.I have not had gripe though about how it currently works, and no issues with bugs.
LucidChart: the InDesign for Non-Designers
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create flowcharts, diagrams and other things quickly. An upside is that you can easily export to multiple file types and share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tools out there that offer better, more real-time virtual collaboration capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually explaining ideas or processes. Pictures bring everyone together.
I have used lucidchart for my projects in school and it is very helpful espcially for collaboration.

The collaboration feature is extremely good its really easy to share with my teachers and partners.

Sometimes it's really laggy, and can be difficult at times.

The problem of trying to make graphs and diagrams, ect, Is solved.
LucidChart Over Anything!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LucidChart is so easy to use. Whether one is a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, creating diagrams is always seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about LucidChart is sometimes it is hard to navigate the page when one's chart gets very large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart allows me to make excellent data flow and activity diagrams. Compared to similar products out there, LucidChart is the easiest to use.
Beautiful Diagramming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of the usability of the platform. being able to customize your default settings has been a god send. The amount of options one has is also one of the key features I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some times when the customizability hinders my ability to diagram at ease. An example would be when you are using a connector and it connects 0.05 cm from the section I want to connect it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboratively developing and distributing technical and business workflows to stakeholders has been beneficial as its easy to access and is future proof in comparison to competitors tools.

Super clean graphics, easy to build a custom library of icons, objects, and images. Great collaboration tools

Wish it was easier to insert simple text and have more controls over zooming in/out

Frequently need to build and collaborate on system and network architecture diagrams for customers and internal stakeholders. This makes it easy and FUN to build these diagrams and deliver high-quality outputs that impress our customers.
Amazing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easily access information and symbols for flowcharting, UML, diagramming, and organizational structures. It's simple to get started, and the UI is beautiful. It's easy to save files, download different file types, and transfer charts to other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart was great for my purposes. The only improvement from the free user perspective would be to save more charts. Also, the default space could be larger to create more comprehensive charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart easily allows me to create flowcharts and to navigate symbolic organizational information. This helps makes documenting work easily, and sharing organizational flow ideas a breeze.

lacking animations - it will be nice to have this feature
