The lucidity in lucid charts.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create very effective flow diagrams that are easy to understand and the number of features present in the app gives me a lot of freedom over what i want to create.
I also love that lucid creates object in dynamic pixels so i can zoom in our zoom out to any extent that is needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular but lucid can definitely try adding some animating tools that might come handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a client call the lucid chart helps to explain workflows very easily.
Easy to use and effective for flow charting
What do you like best about the product?
I found the UI to be very simple and clear. All elements required for developing flow charts, mind maps, etc. are clear and easily accessed. Lucid chart has plenty of templates that can act as a great starting point or as training material to see how to build a visually pleasing chart. There is a good level of customization in terms of colouring, shape, shading, etc. for process/decision points that are easy to implement and allow you to enhance the look and clarity of your Lucid chart. It also has very helpful features for team collaboration, particularly the document drop-down menu to indicate whether a chart is ready for review, already approved, still in draft, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found very few downsides while using this software. There are system suggestion pop-ups that appear when I open the app for the first time which I find a bit irritating and I think these could be reduced or put into a sidebar with a simple badge notification to be viewed if you want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart provides a much more fluid way for me to develop manufacturing flow charts versus building them on something like PowerPoint, for example.

Creation of techinical and functional architecture quickly which can be shared with ease
Very Intuitive and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid was very easy to use and user friendly. The templates are also very useful to help you get a basic structure of your diagram or workflow chart. The system will also provide useful hints and tips as you are building out your chart. I was able to use it while in a collaborating meeting, and I could build and add to the chart as the meeting was taking place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no major issues but would just like to get more practice and see what else I can use Lucid to do things like mapping and task management.

We set up a chart to show permission by role for a new fleet management software we are implementing.

What do you like best about the product?

Nothing to note. Lucid has everything that I need to get the job done.

With the rise of remote and distributed teams, traditional face-to-face collaboration may be limited. Lucid's real-time collaboration features enable teams to work together on diagrams, charts, and other visuals, regardless of geographical locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Lucidchart is an excellent tool that helps me quickly organize and share my ideas. It's easy to use and provides a variety of templates that make it easy to get started quickly. I also like that I can collaborate with others in real time, so I can get feedback on my ideas quickly.

Only that you need a premium license to share

It really help with sharing planning and specailly documentation for anyone else new who come in

What do you like best about the product?
I like the many tools that they have to offer when building different diagrams, and many uses cases, all the templates that they have and the easy way to learn how to use it.
It is easy to implement and I use it very often. You can also integrate it with various databases.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything that I disliked. The platform is very flexible and has many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of problems by offering a place where I can map different systems and where I can build different types of diagrams. All the templates that they offer also helps a lot so you don't have to start everything from scratch. It's a great place to collaborate with your team and with your clients.
Easy to use, great UI
What do you like best about the product?
I have only used the Flow Chart feature right now; but having used it several times to build an extensive flow chart for my company's SOP repository, it has been very easy to use. Hyperlinking the each bubble has been a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
My concern is that the flow chart won't be available for embed into GetGuru.com when I no longer need to pay for the product.

Perfect solution to an industry that doesn't have a ton of tools available
What do you like best about the product?
I've very much enjoyed using Lucid, in my industry there doens't seem to be a ton of high level tools to be able to make the drafts that I need to. Lucid was not only easy to implement in my work flow but the learning curve has been little to none. The number of features that it has, has also allowed me to use it for multiple scenarios and not just it's original intended use case for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing I would like to see is a background eraser when dropping in pictures from the web, I'm aware you can crop the outer background but if there are internal gaps a smart eraser tool for backgrounds would be incredible!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to visually represent our rack diagrams, not only from a visual sense but accurately portray the wiring for the racks to the teams in the warehouse that prep everthing. It has been incredible to make that work!
Excellent Flow chart designing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to Import Diagram created using Visio & Other tools. Very much user friendly with proper directions provided. Beginner can use the tool conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to save a file in editable format on personal laptop while using the tool with sso.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you don't have Visio access but Lucid suite access, can easily import it and work on it. Also can share the file by selectively granting permission to users of your team.
