Great tool to communicate complex architectures and collaborate on ideas across teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has an excellent interface that allows non-design people to get their ideas into an organized visual format. The ability of multiple team members to work on the same project simultaneously is a great replacement for whiteboards at a time when we often work in full remote or hybrid environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find the shapes or libraries for some of the ideas we have. Would love a more comprehensive default library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual whiteboarding has been hit or miss. For architects this sort of virtual whiteboard has proved to be intuitive enough for new users to grasp onto without additional training.
Easy fun way to make charts
What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to move and place things exactly how I wanted them. It is all very easy to use and there is a great help page if you don't know how to see it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had trouble finding the right tools to make a REA model chart but once I figured it out it wasn't too hard. Just a longer process since you have to manually change both ends of the line to the shape you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been really helpful for school projects where I needed to make a chart and if there was any errors, I was very easily able to move everything around to how it should be.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used MS Visio for years and switched over to Lucidchart a little over 4 years ago. It is much more intuitive, the links ups work much better than Visio and it was much easier to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet; every field I've worked in within Lucidchart responds as expected

When I need to put together a network diagram or a network topology map in a timely manner I get them done much quicker and more efficiently with Lucidchart
Best Diagramming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interactive and easy interface really made my work easier to perform. The import of files is also a breeze. It is easy to use across various Visual Collaboration Platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big as of now. Page layout can be made better. Unpaid version can have more features. Lucidchart community is very small and is hard to find troubleshooting help.

With Lucidchart, multiple users can work together on the same document in real-time, making it easier to share and edit diagrams with team members. Lucidchart provides a visual representation of complex data and processes, making it easier for users to understand and communicate their ideas.
A great business tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily have colleagues contribute to a chart and how easy it is to add/edit existing charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the arrows between flowcharts get tedious but overall not much I dislike!

As a new company, we need to draw out a lot of processes on our end and Lucidchart makes it so easy

very user-friendly and intuitive to use, even for someone who is new to UML diagrams.
One of the things I particularly liked about the Lucid was the variety of templates and examples available. There were plenty of pre-built templates to choose from, which saved me a lot of time and effort. I also appreciated the ability to customize the templates to fit my specific needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you export a file, sometimes the arrow for the diagram pointing is not in proper shape, or sometimes point to other direction.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration features. I find that sharing visual charts is much more successful than long documents full of words. Especially because I work with teams from around the globe who may not have English as a first language - pictures and diagrams build better understanding of ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ability to add links to the charts was a bit better. It's not able to pull preview images very well. Some of our charts get pretty large and complex and the ability to link to or highlight certain areas of the chart would be great. Perhaps a way to add links to video explainers of the charts too.

Improving communications across teams. Providing a space to visually diagram information for internal and client projects. Lucid is the go-to for our CEO when she's communicating ideas to the team/clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy LucidChart is to build process flows and maps and identify problems and gaps, when I do business analysis. I unfortunately haven't used any other products, however, I don't think I ever will!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like about LucidChart, is the fact that I have to constantly scroll in and out whenever I need to focus on the big picture. Sometimes, the scroll feature feels clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem LucidChart solves for me in my work life, is identifying gaps in business processes; this functionality benefits me in many different ways: for one, I can clearly place pieces where I need them and can really hone in on the errors I might see, if I cannot connect the processes, secondly, since LucidChart is so streamlined, I can incorporate my flows in various different applications I might use.

Easy to graph any idea in just minutes, very intuitive!

Would like to see more color templates ready to grab and use

Make a complex idea into a visual aid that other teams can use and easily understand. This creates efficiencies among teams and help us get to the finish line faster!
Lucid chart has helped our sales team build process
What do you like best about the product?
Visualization of the process is a crucial part of helping our team understand what this going on. Lucid chart helps us create and refine what it is we are doing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there haven't been any pull backs thus far that would make it hard to use lucid chart. I did have some trouble importing photos at one point in the way I wanted but it was more user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to understand our pipeline workflow between SDR-AE-CS-Operations in a way that made sense. Lucid chart helped create that easily and then share it across the org!
