LucidChat greatly helps my account alignment plans
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use the LucidChat feature to create high-level hierarchies of my accounts to know who to target and what departments they are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much to dislike. At one point, I thought it would have been great to connect to Salesforce for data and I found out it does!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me narrow my focus on who to target within a given account. By building an org-chart it helps me really focus on the individuals I need to reach out to.
Great tool to map out workflows and pipelines.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive and it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a bit more design options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our workflows are complex, and Lucidspark provides a great tool to map and share the workflow visuals across the teams.
Lucidspark has become my go-to app for just about everything
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucidspark for just about everything, from personal daily work planning, project dependencies, and my whiteboard in group calls. The templates are very useful for structuring ideas, while features like integrations with Azure DevOps, Jira etc., are great for visualizing sprint planning and sprint boards. I often find that it's much easier to visualize project dependencies and identify gaps when I can lay them out on a Lucidspark board than just seeing development stories in a list. The new visual activities seem like an excellent way to structure sprint reviews and group project brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if the integrations with Azure DevOps (and other development platforms like Jira) allowed for write access too; so not only reading in stories from a sprint board but also writing new stories (and reorganizing the order of stories) from within Lucidspark. If that were available, I would never use DevOps itself, and only use Lucidspark!
Also there have been a few times where I've wanted to quickly move from a Lucidspark idea board to an architecture diagram in Lucidchart - maybe some kind of board conversion process would be helpful?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative planning among a remote-working team.
Visualizing information spatially to help map plans and roadmaps that were previously just text-based.
Easy to use and intuitive tools like containers for related concepts.

Great brainstorming platform
What do you like best about the product?
A whiteboard that makes brainstorming and communication more fun than it should be!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here. The platform has solved all my personal needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automotive industry-related problems. Making the collaboration between data science and engineering smooth and transparent.
Good for collaboration and co-exists will with LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to get ideas down and you have enough tools to create a presentable board. The UI is very simple and our stakeholders can start interacting immediately!
What do you dislike about the product?
No video support! Adding video capability would allow me to level up presentation boards. Fine visual adjustments are difficult (eg. can't measure spacing between objects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way for our team to collaborate remotely. No need to fuss around with tools; just get ideas down quickly and easily. We are more productive as we spend more time discussing our ideas rather than wrangling with the software to communicate the ideas.
Lucid Spark Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucidsparks ability to enable free-form creative memorialization of ideas and processes on a near-limitless canvas of visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are not more shapes available. I also dislike the approach to formating shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is helping memorialize business processes, technology road-mapping, and logic flow. It is enabling a clearer visualization that helps others undertstand.
New User But Loving It So Far
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark helps me collaborate with my team on things that typically require lengthy discussions because they involve idea generation and brainstorming. It's a fantastic tool for working asynchronously and helping us get the best result by not limiting our creative energy to the same block of time. We can all contribute when we're most creative, even if that's hours apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a seemingly steep learning curve to understanding and utilizing the complete feature set. It's a bit overwhelming, and I constantly feel like I don't know what I don't know. Or maybe it's better to say I feel like I could be utilizing Lucidspark more, but I don't know what features I can benefit from, and I don't have a lot of time to figure that out (in addition to my actual core work).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is valuable in helping me visualize and communicate my ideas effectively to project/program stakeholders. Its equally valuable at giving those stakeholders a voice in the development process and facilitating inclusive, collaborative iteration.
Lucid chart and lucid spark for diagrams and collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very quick and easy to pick up for a brainstorming or collaborative exercise with remote people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve for some types of diagram, and understanding the various templates seems to be important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling remote participation and producing easily referenced artefacts at the end of a session.
Great diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Generally easy to use, able to share diagrams with colleagues, like the interface much better than other diagramming tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. My biggest issue is I sometimes get 'stuck' on a symbol (like a line) and will accidentally insert that symbol when I didn't mean to. User error, not necessarily a flaw with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single source of truth that can be collaborated on with the whole team. Ease of use.
Ideal for conceptual maps and organisational diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the power and flexibility that LucidSpark provides. It's advanced arrow system ensures that all cells remain uniquely connected, while giving users control over who can access documents and how they are used. In addition, its open source nature encourages collaboration between people from all over the world in a secure environment. One of my favourite features is the history feature, which makes it easy to develop new procedures by simply replicating those already created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find using Lucidspark frustrating due to the difficulty of navigating through the canvases. The minimap at the bottom of my screen is difficult to use; no matter how many times I try to click and drag or press the arrow keys, nothing happens. As a result, it's very inconvenient when working on large canvases or sharing them with other people in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from Lucidspark because it makes it easier and more efficient to collaborate with my remote team. It allows us to brainstorm, organise and share ideas digitally using digital tools that mimic the flexibility of a whiteboard but are far more functional.
