Extremely Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a user-friendly system with many templates, shapes, customizations, and collaboration tools built-in. I use LucidChart regularly for mind mapping, getting my thoughts on paper, developing and confirming process flows, and creating visuals to share how processes should run. It's very easy to build off and customize templates as you get started with the software, and it's also easy to start from scratch once you're more comfortable with the tools! I feel like I've been able to get up-to-speed quickly, and know there are still a lot more features for me to discover. Lucid also makes collaboration very easy with shareable links, live PDF links, the ability to screenshare, and the ability to let other either view, comment on, edit, or re-share documents--you get a lot of control over what others can do with your documents, which has been great. Additionally, it's worth checking out Lucid's learning opportunities--they host live sessions to help you learn more and upskill within the system! It also integrates easily with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of templates available--which is great, but sometimes they're a little tough to filter through. If there are ways to further break down templates into categories and suggestions, that might be helpful. But this is truly nitpicky--there's not much I can genuinely criticize about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is making it so easy to map out processes, identify areas with inefficiencies, make edits, and share finalized process flows in a visual manner.
Intuitive and Integrative
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that I am able to create a product with minimal direction or redirection. There are great templates, of course, but the product itself can be used intuitively. I am also able to easily integrate my Lucid products with Slack, Google Docs, and other productivity tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I compare this product to Visio, I find that it is more difficult in Lucid to set default styles for items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping me provide visibility for documentation reorganization tasks. With Lucid, users can understand new documentation mapping before it actually happens. UAT will be a breeze!

It's, handy and quick, the share function is amazing and very intuitive.

So far I can't se any downsights.

Styles could have better color pallete.Otherwise i have not disliked anything about lucid.

Lucidchart simplifies complex ideas visually, streamlining collaboration. Real-time editing and a template-rich environment boost productivity. Clear communication and remote work support make it my go-to for efficient teamwork.
This is the most organized product!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid allows you to collaborate with other members of your team easily. I use this product everyday to layout different projects. It was so easy to learn as well. After projects are laid out, it is so easy to click the sticky note option and add notes for other team members to see. I love Lucid Spark!

I don't see any downsides to this product yet.

This allows me to collaborate with other members of the team that don't live in the same area as me.

Lucid Chart for Ops!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and collaborate cross-functionally. We have a lot of moving parts between teams and Lucid Chart makes it easy to be efficient. We use it frequently to document our processes and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't experienced any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flow of legal documents and approvals between systems as we integrate a new CLM.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is intuitive for users and delivers a create end product. Lucid gives you guides and templates to start projects which streamlines efficiency for busy teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
More export options or larger file exports would be helpful. Often times we want to insert an image from Lucid and the file needs to be larger to fit slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid creates collaborative visualization of organizational processes. The ability to flow chart while on calls ensures there is no miscommunication between what the client is saying and how you interpret it.
