Great product with a ton of capability
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has a massive icon library that makes building up to date diagrams for cloud environments super fast and easy. They also allow for importing of 3rd party icon libraries so if they don't have what you want you can simply add it from somewhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint with lucid chart is working with layers. It can often be difficult to edit specific objects as they get lost in layers and have to be moved around to dig down to what i'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart makes it very easy for my team to collaborate on our infrastructure diagrams for clients. It also enables quick pdf exports. We can also share these designs directly with our customers if needed and even collaborate with them, making the turnaround time much shorter.
Love for Visualizing almost any Project!
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and easy to update and adjust!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have found just yet, I used to use a different platform similar and really enjoy Lucid more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping to visualize multi-faceted problems and collaborate with internal stakeholders to find gaps and solve problems, put actions in place, and improve processes.
Quick and Efficient Method of Creating Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the auto-snap and connect features when designing block diagrams. It makes it relatively easy to put things exactly where you want them. I also love how easy they make it to add onto your diagrams continuously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, simple features like arrows or blocks have non-intuitive behaviour once they overlap or come really close to each other. They tend to not behave like one would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a visual aid that can demonstrate how a system is connected and how various interfaces communicate across one another. This is especially helpful when we are creating plans for how a system will work

I enjoy the ease of use, as well as the plethora of available shapes and icons to bring my workflows to life

I would like a way to create my own templates and when using the template, the structure is static

Great work with Lucid Chart
What do you like best about the product?
I have been asked to create org charts for our company with over 500 people. Lucid chart has made this easy. I have had a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to the platform, but I have not found anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to find a platform that I did not have to individually type everyone in the org chart.
Makes visuals a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it comes with pre-made templates that I can easily modify to show what visually what we are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not aware of many downsides. I have not run into any yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to easily create process flows that then can approved by all parties to make sure everyone is on the same page.
User-friendly diagramming for cloud infrastructure, system design, and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a straightforward tool to learn, and its organization makes it my go-to tool for diagramming cloud infrastructure. Over the past ~8 years, I have used Lucidchart to diagram many systems and infrastructures. The shapes library is comprehensive, and the ability to add your own objects has come in handy. Coming from MS Visio, I found Lucidchart to be much more intuitive to use, and the baked-in feature sets for sharing and presenting have also been quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints thus far. Typically any issues I have run into are due to my own error, namely around the orientation of objects and alignment of connectors.

Awesome charting and whiteboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to build a diagram on the fly with custom icons/having a huge library of icons to pick from, as well as a decent image search is a great tool to have when working on architecture or process diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to find project/software specific logos/icons that will work well with the charts I'm trying to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to build architecture/process diagrams and share/collaborate with them.
LUCID is the way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Im able to make my charts to school with ease then download and upload as a pdf right after. I enjoy that my college is able to recommend this to us students as a tool to get work done
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about lucid. I feel it's fairly easy to use and more school should recommended it as a resource to there student because it helps get any chart done in style

It helps me design the charts I want how I want with ease and detail that I never were possible . Every assignment I was asked to do using lucidchart I received an A

Lucidchart offers many features that I was unable to find in other services, it also provides easy to use and visually useful resources

It may take a while to get accustomed to, not as user friendly initially
