Efficient and effective flowchart creation.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main contributors to continue using Lucid is the simple drag and drop function. The amount of different diagrams and shaopes is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Symmetry and ability to control diagram connections. It might be a personal quirk, but being able to snap connections and make everything symmetrical would be a great addition to lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have only been using it for one week, I'm afraid my opinion on the improvements is non-applicable.
Works well, formatting can sometimes be difficult

It is easy to use and there is a low learning curve

Formatting the various objects within Lucid can sometimes be difficult, especially when trying to group multiple items at once

Lucid is a great platform for creating collaborative whiteboards and for diagramming different business processes

Allows you to effortlessly create flowcharts and diagrams - removing the barrier of creating the tools ensures that the charts created reflect your true ideas.

AI tool seems to be there just for the sake of it (or I don't know how to take advantage / use it properly)

Allows the team to visulaize workflows, create internal diagram, etc.
Easy to learn and use this tool

It is very easy to use and no learning is needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifc. Just that it is a little tricky to share an image version without custom steps

I can do diagramming, creat workflow and customer journey maps seamlessly using this tool

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the great tools to Create and Plot thoughts on Paper in a representable way.I can easily create, import, and export system design, ERD, and Data Flow using Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been many issue I found so far as much as I used I started loving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helpful to me to quickly create Mind Maps/ Flow and Data Flow when ever needed.

It's UI is very managed. It's easy to use.

Shapes are less in number. Sometimes u struggle finding the right shape

the variety of notation languages that can be used, also the lucid spark functionalities
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it brings BPMN symbols, the flowcharts cannot be compiled to check if they are properly created and if they can be used for Business process automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it facilitates the work collaboration within different teams, it also allows work in real-time by making facilitation easier in virtual environments, for at home workers it helps a lot by creating quick visuals that help to explain the ideas more easily

I love it because it allows me to put my ideas on paper and also discuss with colleagues

Ability to share and discuss new ideas with co-workers and improve quality of work
Great tool for any visualization need
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can do an Org Chart, a Process Map, a Company Timeline collaboratively is a huge help. The final product not only is what I'm expecting but it looks great visually. This allows for the sharing and transparency our company is working towards.

There is a learning curve to understand all the tools and functions of the suite (which I'm nowhere near knowing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is visualizing processes and issues that we've struggled through. This allows for a different perspective to be taken when looking to drive improvements.
