Intuitive and packed with features/customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like LucidChart because I could use the platform with ease from the first hour. The interface is well-designed, with minimal visual clutter, allowing me to navigate easily when creating designs. In addition to being easy to use, the platform has several features -- I especially love the customization capabilities on boxes and how much control you have over the design. This makes it so much more than just a drag-and-drop diagram creator.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about LucidChart because it realizes all of my needs, however, I think it could be made easier to get support from an agent from the interface. Also, I'd like to change the colors of tabs just for more customization capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart is helping me visualize the logical flow of user experience when working on UI/UX user stories for software. It helps me tell a story with my UI/UX solutions, eliminating the vertical layout and flow of information present in word documents and allowing for a more visual and dynamic presentation of information.
Interesting and easiest way to prepare visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Within few minutes we can prepare best visual representation our data, which made easy to understand data . It is a self explanatory and user friendly and also it was fun to work on Lucid chart

I did not find any downside, I'm happy and satisfied

Mainly visual representation of data
Lucidchart is great for visualizing ideas and effectively communicating complex processes
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. Whenever I have needed some new element on my chart, I usually find it in the first/second place I look for rather than in a complex, multilayered dropdown menu.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe additional new/refreshed icons for AWS resources?

Superb flow charting software
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a novice to flowcharting but Lucid makes the process quite straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not fully integrated with Microsoft, the platform I use for work. Once the flowchart is complete I need to download a uneditable copy to PPT.

Microsoft flowcharting software is crazy expensive.
A Powerful Diagramming Tool for Solution Architects
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has a wide variety of templates to choose from, which can save you a lot of time when creating diagrams. Also, it makes it easy to collaborate on diagrams with others. You can share your diagrams with others, and they can make edits in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan of Lucidchart only allows you to create 3 diagrams and collaborate with 1 other person, also the paid plans for Lucidchart can be expensive, especially if you are using it for your personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is helping me to communicate more effectively by allowing me to create diagrams that visually represent my ideas. This makes it easier for others to understand complex concepts and collaborate on projects.

It's easy to use, and it has very intuitive controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much, it's the first time I'm using the app.

It is solving the struggle of making the mind maps myself. Now with Lucidpark, I have the templates ready to use.

Intuitive, web-based option for visualizing information
What do you like best about the product?
I found Lucidchart very intuitive to use - almost no learning curve. There were enough options for me to get started diagramming information without there being so many that I was overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Lucidchart was able to more easily resize/reformat charts for standard printing size. Sometimes I find myself essentially having to recreate a visualization in order to fit it on an 8.5x11 page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an easy, visual way to describe proposed processes for reorganizing business functions. Lucidchart's flowchart options made it really straightforward.
Easy To Understand
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the pop descriptors make using the software an asset in flowcharting our organization. Providing samples and examples make it easy to view from different perspectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy when adding text boxes, as they appear on different layers and you must ensure the layers are properly aligned. Having all shapes without fill would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is allowing our organization design flow charts for all our processes which is helping to identify areas for process improvement and lines of responsibilities between team members.
