Lucidchart is my Tool of choice for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Lucidchart I can easily facilitate global remote collaboration sessions. I like that if someone cannot attend the session in person they can asynchronously collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people inadvertently move objects instead of click on them. I have to be really conscious to lock objects so they can't be moved. That is the biggest thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a global remote workforce, so Lucidchart allows me to get ideas from everyone around the world and also do agile ceremonies with our workfroce. It keeps everyone in the loop, consulted, and bought in.
Perfect tool for my requirements
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart allows me to create accurate application and infrastructure diagrams with the iconography for the Cloud vendor we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have all icons that I require, the image search function does come in handy when this occurs though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create infrastrcuture diagrams for existing infrastrucutre but also mapping out new infrastructure or applicaiton proposals.
A great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my work process flow much better. Being able to think, plan and design ideas visually instead of just with text makes a huge diffference for me + the fact that it's super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few functions that for me specificlly could be easier to access or quicker but to be honest it's minor. I also wasn't sure how to send things or open a new workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier for me to plan and brainstorm ideas either on my own or in collaboration with others. I am definitely more prodcutive and faster as a result. Seeing things visually defnitely helps.
LucidChart's changed the way we document processes.
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive shape library, and the ability to save your custom shapes. Friendly UI for designing them to look how you want as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mindmap feature isn't as intuitive as others around, it won't change your branches to different colours by default. But it is easy to change afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently documenting our systems, it helps to create clear and concise pathways for people to follow.
Simple and highly capable
What do you like best about the product?
The simple capabilities are easy to do and built into the product. The line creator/connector is active as you hover over those locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see more capabilities for Electrical diagrams. Like pre-built electrical connectors with pins and the ability to have the wire jump as it goes over other lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating electrical diagrams for use in the automotive industry. Creating wiring harnesses can be very complex and Lucid Charts are helping me through the process of creating those diagrams.
Lucid For IVR and Chatbot Design
What do you like best about the product?
The option to collaborate with other team members is one of the best features of Lucid. Exporting flows in different formats is also useful. Lucid also has a great help community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I like the tool, sometimes getting lines to work a certain way is difficult. Lines sometimes have mind of their own and getting them align is a bit of a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Lucidchart to design chat bots and IVR systems. Using the flows allows me to create designs that assist developers build our products and also allows for easy presentation and collaboration of the designs.
Very easy to use whiteboarding app!
What do you like best about the product?
There are several templates you can use or you can just use a literal whiteboard! You don't need to be a premium customer to access the good templates too as there are several excellent ones available through the free account. The UI is very easy to use and intuitive, resembling many other types of "office/g-suite" products. I think Lucidspark stacks up quite well against any other similar product and there are other great features, like making a recording or sharing a drawing/whiteboard. I highly recommend Lucidspark!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about Lucidspark yet!I have used Miro in the past and so far, seems pretty comparable! The only thing I am not seeing is details about remaining storage with a free account as I assume this is limited to a certain about (e.g. 1 GB remaining). Otherwise, nothing to dislike here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark allows me to draw a picture very quickly, share it and collaborate with others in a constructive discussion while remaining virtually connected with my team!
So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I needed to create a flowchart for a project plan. Graphic design is not my strong suit. Lucid chart helped me create a procedural flowchart in minutes for an important C-Suite meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes yet. I will update my review as I use the product more often.

Creating easy to understand procedural diagrams for a new system.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create flow charts for internal processes, helping to identify issues in the process chain and find ways to improve it, making an excellent tool for those who have many functions and need to list them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the amount of data reaches a certain point, it requires much more memory RAM to run the platform, causing freezings. If this point can be improved, it would help a lot for those whose does not have a high-level computer. Another issue is related when attaching PDF; in the bottom part, the label cant be removed, obstructing the full view of the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps visualize the whole process, enabling one to list from the start point to the final stage. In this way it helps to identify which processes are not optimized or can be improved.

I wish there were a mobile version available.
