What do you like best about the product?
It was very useful because I got the opposite of creating multiple diagrams very quality and described system engineering concepts that include many diagrams. It is vert easy to use and export in pdf for documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is insufficient paper to include more diagrams on a single page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got the opportunity to design diagrams for systems engineering concepts including stocks and flows, case studies diagrams,s and more that help to civilization concepts that can define different systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate the program and what the finished product looks like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to collaborate using the program is others do not also have an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart is helping by team create diagrams to visually represent all of our processes.

The pre-loaded templates that are available for different projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to navigate. When I created the org chart, there was text that was stuck behind the template and it took me a while to figure out how to remove it. It can also be very finky. When you move a box (for example), the whole content of the project moves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlined work flows - easy to create HR purpose driven documents
Great for drawing out complex ideas while working remote where words alone wont be enough.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I dont use this more than an hour or so a week but the one thing that is always nice is to have additional customization options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out a data ERD chart for our data analytics team.
Lucid Chart for creating process flows that helps solution in solution design
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Drag and drop feature is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing a text or putting some text as a label or one-liner sometimes gets messy .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the architects and analysts to draw the solution, which helps the whole development QE and all other teams better understand the process and solution.
Haven't found a more flexible diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LucidChart doesn't restrict me from using the tool how I naturally want to. If I want to add random text boxes, I can. If I want to overlap arrows, I can. In other tools, I've felt restricted to how their system works, but I have the freedom to go my way in Lucid. Live collaboration is really nice too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to include a LucidChart in another document like a google doc, there are some options to do this, but it leaves something to be desired. The diagram always looks a bit low resolution, and keeping updates in sync seems to be flaky, so I end up just including a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart lets us easily create diagrams to share thoughts about how we want to architect new projects on our software teams. Lets us collaborate on designs and leave comments to ask questions and suggest ideas.
Lucidchart is a great tool for process mapping!
What do you like best about the product?
So far, Ive'd used LucidChart mainly for Process Mapping. Great tool overall and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Lucidchart is the premium subscription. It isn't that expensive but when you are paying for a company, you can't give access to all employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am mapping all the processes in our company. Lucidchart has been an excellent tool for diagramming and creating flowchart diagrams.

A rich toolset to create various diagrams rapidly. Easily create flowcharts and share with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be native integration between lucidchart and company sharepoint. I have to download final diagrams from Lucidchart and upload to sharepoint.

Ability to rapidly create various diagrams like architectural & design diagrams. I can easily collaborate with my peers.
Great application for diagramming, systems planning, and flowcharts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of built-in templates and various icon sets available for easy use. Nearly every type of icon I have needed has been included (or can easily be loaded via the libraries), which is something some of the alternatives do not have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little easier to create custom grouped shapes; however, this is not too difficult. I think that it would be nice to be able to have more than three active documents in the free version, however I understand it is a commercial product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has helped me create various types of diagrams like ERD, UML, screen mock ups, and various other systems design/analysis related diagrams. I find that Lucidchart is easier to use than certain alternatives for these tasks

I like the Lucid Chart is very intuitive, and it allows you to create graphics without being combersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to tell if I am clicking or dragging around with my mouse which makes it slightly annoying to switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart is allowing me to create diagrams with ease, so it benefits me to create those.
