It was pretty good, easy and fast
What do you like best about the product?
I like using lucidchart for diagrams for computer science and it was pretty easy, I really like that I don't have to pay to download the document and I can download it as a pdf or image.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find the resources to use in the diagram. I have to click everything to find what I need. I think it could be better if there is a tutorial or finding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to do the flowchart and diagrams for computer science. I was doing a hierarchy for a program. It was very easy to use and I had everything that I suppose to need.

Really helpful for ERDs. It really helped and the videos available helped even more.

Sometimes it is a pain to move things around, but that's true for all sites.

It really helps set everything out and helps lay things out so everyone can see and edit it also.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to navigate. I didn't have training completed and i was able to build diagrams right away
What do you dislike about the product?
Would consider adding more interactions and UI/UX features. Meaning I want to make sure it is not only easy to navigate but also it is engaging, interactive

It is helping me to build diagrams and wireframes

I love the variety of different objects you can place in each sheet. So many options that it can really make your sheet look a lot nicer.

You have to pay for some objects, but it makes sense.

It helps me organize my thoughts on how i'd like to create my projects.
Great for Workflow Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize my charts to meet my needs. It's great that I can start with a template and build my own group of icons from the premade sets to utilize for my design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little annoying how easy it is to accidentally add flow arrows from points, when I am only trying to click and move my icons around on the chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows me to create on-brand diagrams and workflow maps that are easily readable to our clients and internal org. I love that when I have to create a new chart from scratch that I can duplicate one of my old ones and use it as a template.
Lucidchart is the best tool for helping me put my thoughts to "paper"
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is the best tool for helping me put my thoughts to "paper" when I'm attempting to explain plans to team members. Being able to draw out and diagram procedures, functionality, etc quickly makes life so much easier for calls with remote employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Since everything in Lucidchart is done on graph-style pages, sometimes it can be hard to get things to line up exactly if I'm trying to line words with an image, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to present thoughts, ideas, and designs to remote employees where I would usually use a whiteboard, etc.
Architecting collaboration made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Architecting applications are simple with available templates also easy to collaborate with colleagues on design improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conversion of free accounts to corporate accounts was painful, and I lost a few diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The critical problem it solved was interactive collaboration during the design phase.
Great Software for Organizing Data
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has been pivotal in helping me organize rules, statutes, key ideas, and more into a comprehensive format to present to others, easily share, and reference quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I think some of the logistics mechanics for moving around and formatting the boxes could be a bit more intuitive, but it's not too difficult to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me take what would otherwise be a very complicated few paragraphs or complicated table on Word/Google Documents and synthesize it into an easily reference-able chart.
