What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. At the same time, we haven't jumped into using Lucidspark full-time. It appears to be a tool that will help keep our team organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any tools that we dislike while using. As we continue diving deeper into the functions that may change, we are happy now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us organized is a must for all of the projects we have going on. Using the Excel spreadsheets and trying to update, saving, and hoping another member doesn't have it open.
Right tool for the job
What do you like best about the product?
Simple learning curve, really good in terms of collaboration, ability to export the generated diagrams to multiple formats, sufficient tools to generate diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being a super advanced user with a lot of requirements, there is nothing specifically to dislike, it is just a good tool for the task and does what the user is expecting it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create and share process diagrams for project planning and product management with the team, and helping to visually represent information flows through multiple products
Great collaborative diagramming platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to collaborate on diagrams in real time, the automatic saving of files, the extensive library of templates and shapes and the ability to access files on mobile
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile UX is a little clunky, compared to the web-based experience, and the BPMN shape library is slightly limited.

Real-time collaboration on diagrams

What do you like best about the product?
The Lucidchart software is incredibly easy to use. As a product manager for a fast-moving fintech company, I use Lucidchart to collaborate with UX, engineering, product team members to drive shared understanding on projects. Project management is incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where the page needs to refresh after updates. Generally this comes after leaving a tab open for a day or two and coming back to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving shared understanding between cross-functional teams. Lucidchart is also great at streamlining virtual meetings and whiteboarding when people are not in a physical location.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidcharts is very easy to use and requires a minimum amount of training. Easy to share amongst colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small glitches/bugs when it comes to placing errors. Nothing crazy, just more irritable than game-changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidcharts gives myself and other members of my team the ability to DRAW out their thoughts when it comes to UI/UX design. It's awesome!

It's very easy to use and very quick to learn.

There is nothing to Dislike. It a great tool.

One of the best softwares I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I could create diagrams and workflows with a UI that is easy to understand and beautiful to look at. It is much more helpful to maintain flowcharts on Lucidchart than to make them on Google Jamboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more shapes added and the toolbars a bit more organized from a UX perspective so that it would be a lot easier than now to get the best out of Lucidchart for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has been my companion since day 1, helping me create efficient flowcharts to break down business logics helping me simplify the workflow and making it easier to implement. Lucidchart diagrams also help a lot in sharing my diagrams with others in team reducing the gap.
My experience with Lucidchart has been very good.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to load ERD diagrams directly from SQL or any other diagraming website is the best feature. It also imports all the relationships which is one of the features I like very much.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit hard to find the option you are looking for, especially the advanced features. I had to manually search google how to do a certain tasks on Lucid charts to find the exact thing I was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Lucidchart for collaboting with my team. It provided a common place for discussions, a common place to brainstorm ideas. I also use it for ERD changes.
Lucidchart is an outstanding diagramming and collaborative visualization tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is intuitive - very easy to use. It is flexible - you can make modifications very easily without having to tear up your diagram. It is powerful - it is loaded with features and shortcuts that makes diagramming very efficient. Lastly, the tool works seamlessly for online collaboration. It is by far the best diagramming / flowcharting tool I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have not found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for creating and visualizing business process workflows. The workflows are embedded in all of our company policies and procedures.
