Designs simplified
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop feature of various shapes. Ability to search different icons and add them to the template library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to drag or select a pointing arrow when two of them overlap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Part of role requires to design modules. Lucidchart really helps in building simple design diagrams.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometime the words get weird shared ad we have started seeing this behaviour in past few days so may be a bug but good thing is it goes away after refresh.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaing things to wide verity of users, visualization is the way to go. Using Lucid chart, it makes it super easy to address all what business objective we are trying to achieve and how to get that.
Ease of use for doing System Design
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth Drag and Drop of Flow chart symbols. Usability and many features available greatly assists the Developers. Collaboration with other developers on system designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setting of directions for straight,pointed and other types of lines is little unclear. There shall be assisted mode for directions and redirections of lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Collaboration with multiple developers on designing systems and helping me easily learn new concepts of system design.

What do you like best about the product?
With LucidSpark, I especially enjoy the ease-of-access for users to create and color code objects like text, shapes, and even charts. I can easily copy/paste from an Excel document into my Lucidspark whiteboard & effectively change the color of the cells, modify the text, etc. It's almost entirely dummy-proof to easily draw up a whiteboard for any given project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage with Lucidspark is that it takes up so much CPU on my personal computers that I can't stay on a Lucidspark whiteboard for longer than 30 minutes until my computer's fans kick into overdrive, which isn't really something that Lucidspark can control. I have a highly spec'd Mac Mini & Macbook Pro, so it's a little inconvenient for me to have to hop back out & back into my whiteboard in small time intervals in order for my computer to still operate smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark solves the problem that other online whiteboards have where other whiteboards come with only a limited set of tools or features, thus resulting in users having to subscribe to multiple whiteboard applications to showcase one project. Lucidspark has all the tools that I think I need & has made it extremely easy for me to take the ideas & workflows that I visualize in my head & present them to anyone who I share my whiteboards with.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing functions between internal and external members of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comment function cannot be filtered so when reviewing comments, I have to look/scroll to find the comment I'm looking for. A filtering function can be nice.

Sharing one file across various teams with 1 file.
Amazing & easy tool for visual depiction of processes
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy tool to use and quite intuitive. Every arrow or box is specified for what purpose you can use it to better represent the depiction of processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have something specific that I dislike. Everything is clear and easy. You can quickly delete something without disrupting the structure of the process you have created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we are creating process depections with Lucid charts. This helps our team to better undertand the processes step by step and also educate new joiners in them.

I've only been using it for a short time so I feel I do not know enough to say if I dislike anything.

Helping explain to developers the flow and order that needs to take place while creating features within the software.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very straightforward graphing tool; you do not need to spend lots of time and energy learning it. The interface is self-explanatory and understandable. I enjoy working with it and recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One weakness I encountered in this tool is its ability to edit and manage high-quality images. This was the only thing I wouldn't say I liked, as it couldn't handle inserting a high-quality image in the graph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on RF design and testing. We need to write technical reports and technical graphs as well. With Lucid, we didn't need a professional graphic person; engineers could plot everything. Indeed, explaining technical things to someone else who is not familiar with them is not easy, and thus, Lucid helped us to do it ourselves.

Sometimes, these diagrams don't have all of the needed shapes.

It is helping me and my team have a better understanding of our current processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual diagrams that can be used in architectural discussions with customers to help them visualize the current state and desired end state.
What do you dislike about the product?
Structuring images and diagrams can be tedious if you need to build it out from scratch. Templates would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the technical concerns and questions that my customers perceive as a blocker.
