The ease of using Lucid. We use lucid every day for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it was down when I tried to access my document. Everytime I open a document the size and location is always different. When you search for something within the document when its located the page goes to 150 zoom.

Creating flow charts and visual maps of our processes.
Accessible and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart helped me organize a process that was difficult to explain verbally, and I am so glad I chose Lucidchart to help me out. Using a visual aid that was not only simple but had every icon that I needed to help explain to my client my process made a tremendous difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I don't have anything I disliked about Lucidchart. When I thought I was running out of room, the page automatically expanded (both horizontally and vertically). That was very much appreciated!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my day-to-day work, I handle multiple lots that can overlap and become confusing. By building out my processes into a LucidChart that is not only easy to read but easy to download into a PDF form, it saves me a lot of time of re-explaining myself to clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that it was paid. I wish the LucidsPark cloud version was free forever while its rivals are being used by breaking it down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a network expert. I can model my entire network on LucidPark and get a presentation of visual data by preparing their topology. In addition, I can prepare the design of structures such as Data Center, System Rooms, Cabinets, Junction Boxes in a scaled manner in advance.
it is an easy to use and very complete app, it has a very intuitive interface.
What do you like best about the product?
It delivers an end product that can be used in a professional environment but also for educational purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there would be an option to download the project as a pdf or png.

I can create a task flow chart to follow up on the progress of my project managing job.
Review of the Lucidchart after use one month
What do you like best about the product?
Now Lucid using AI features to create different flow charts and you can even chat with the flow chart. We can edit the flow chart or it can answer questions about your canvas, help generate summaries, and act like a “collaborator” on diagrams/boards. It can also convert text to block diagram which is very advance features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently Lucid has made all features which users required to design any type of flow chart or models design. So as of now I cannot say any feature less. But if they introduce voice features also means even after generating flow chart..user can directly talk with the flow chart instead of type..then it will be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an AI engineer who always has to make some kind of diagram based on the projects to show in meetings or presentations. And also, Lucidchart has solved my problem of creating the Gantt chart in a fraction of a second, where we explained all our timelines for any projects. The Lucidchart also helps our team during live meetings where we can share our ideas with everyone because of its real-time sharing of the diagram facility.
Very innovative and intuitive product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only be creative as I brainstorm ideas, but also be able to share them with others in a real-time, collaborative environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any features that I dislike so far.

I was able to collaborate on business ideas with friends and colleagues and was able to get a lot more productivity out of the meetings when I use Lucid products.
Improving Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
As a team lead - Developing process flow to understand the most effective way - to solve a problem. Has helped us to be much more transparent and made our services much more reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly Lucidspark is awesome - the only thing is the cost, as a service provider company in a developing country - they should offer more resoniable options for some of its clinent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to develop process flow - in much understanable way. The team is benefiting being much more productive.
Great visualization tool - make the complex super easy to understand!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy application, with drag and drop functions helps to quickly create clarity around a process or problem you are trying to solve. No training required, its that simple to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you do want to try more complex or collaborative things, the training videos that are on the right panel are not always helpful or appropriate for getting you started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark solves the problem of creating a consistent and easy to use canvas, then enables a user to capture a flow and the associated detail. Once you have this captured, it makes it much more effective to review with colleagues, and identify areas you can collectively optimize.
Excellent tool for startup or small business
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I really like the web-based interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to save revisions under my current plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flow-charting complex mainframe assembler applications. Provides a clear and concise flow of the application logic that can be shared with the entire team.
