Amazing and excellent diagramming experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and it gives me suggestions on what can be the best I can do for the project I am doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost all of the features were very useful to me. I can't fint anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flowchart diagram allows us to trace as to where in the process we are having problems.

I needed somewhere I could visualize my org chart for our company. Lucid helped me to this quickly and with little effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark enabled us to transfer the white board from the meeting room to the Internet, as the ease of dealing with its tools enabled us to involve all members as well as add external members without any problems, and the process of discussing ideas, drawing diagrams and obtaining approvals became an essential matter for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark is simple, very intuitive and easy to use, and I haven't experienced any difficulties sharing with other members in performing the functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to use Lucidspark, with which we can save the results of brainstorming operations during meetings and discussions and so that we can arrange them in the way we agree on, which enables us to obtain distinguished results. What is distinguished by Lucidspark is the modern design, as I find it visually comfortable, and the clarity of the tools facilitates access to them for all participants, which increases our ability to coordinate the agreed-upon plans in a short time, as the response speed of Lucidspark gives everyone enough flexibility when adding and merging shapes and texts.
Fun, Easy Way to Organize Thoughts and Processes onto a Easy to Understand Chart Flow
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplistic layout and outline of the application. I was under the impression the software would be difficult to use. However, I was already completing my first chart within an hour of using the software. I was able to easily organize my thoughts and workflows into one centralized setting and ultimately helped my presentation flow and detail in the long run.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the confusion and formatting of various lines and line types when utilizing the different flows and shapes. I found that the auto format of the line types would often lead to nonstraight lines and some confusing formats. It was always an easy fix, but never always had a perfect auto format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of manual flow chart creation. It benefits me because I have a difficult time drawing the formats on paper and doing it by hand. With lucidchart, I can take my thoughts and seamlessly create an easy to read and fantastic looking flowchart, which not only helps me but also helps my team.
Great Platform for Flowcharting
What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard is a great place to brainstorm solutions to problems with colleagues either in real-time or asynchronously. I like the seamless collaboration between team members and sharing is as simple as a keyboard shortcut.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes. This may not count as a dislike, but the free version of the service has been so helpful that I want to sign up for the premium features because I can see the value for my team and me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark has helped fill a void for my team of being able to collaborate on a project that may not be the highest priority, and therefore not requiring that we meet at the same time, but allowing us to brainstorm asynchronously and give feedback when we are able to.
Perfect collaboration tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
The 'live updates' feature is my favourite one. Usually I'd have to hop on a videocall, review details of and logistics of ongoing projects, lay down plans of actions and go back to work on them, wait for my team mates to be done with their part, and review it together once again.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I'm still exploring the countless features to involve all the teamwork possible, and I am yet to find any roadblock. I'm currently using Lucidspark for BPMN process and need to review if code syntax highlighting is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The high number of sorting features is helping us in collaborative projects. Brainstorming sessions are usually long and aren't focused on tidying everything, and it's painful to sort it to everyone's liking without the help of Lucidspark.
Lucidchart is Top Notch!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has premade templates for flowcharts, diagrams, and many other metrics-based reporting that allows you to easily and professionally display information in a way that executive leadership can see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates for knowledgebase type structures and customer service-facing roles. This really does the job when conveying reporting but sometimes I have to create my own which can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me look professional in a space where I was never very proficient at creating diagrams and charts to display my data for the departments I oversee.
Mapping out Networks and other useful documents being used in IT.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidcharts are amazing. I like that I can have lines connect to the objects themselves, and they stay connected when moving the elements around. I've mapped a couple of our Network setups along with mapping out some future programming projects. I love how I'm not fighting with lucidharts but just diagramming things in a very intuitive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've tried developing my own library elements in Adobe illustrator, but when importing, all of my circles or rounded shapes do not come through. I'm not sure the reason for this, but I haven't had the time to look into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is giving me the tools to visually map out networks and access control systems that didn't have documentation or only text-based documents in the past. I'm a visual learner and need visual documentation to understand what I'm learning and talking about.
