Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use. Plus it has too many options for creating diagrams. I was able to do almost all my work for my Software Architecture class.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly is a great tool, so I cannot say I dislike something, but it would be useful if there was a way to connect the different views like to know if we were missing to consider a module from another view or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I required a platform or software to do my school diagrams and Lucidchart did the trick. It is really easy to use and I could work with my team in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid's UX massively improved in the last few years. I often share my screen and create workflows on the fly during meetings with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic functions are easy to pick up but Lucid has a deeper layer that requires training to make full use of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid quickly visualizes technical topics. I often bring up a blank canvas and start diagramming on the fly to convey more complex technical thoughts while speaking the words directly. I find the combination of the two quickly bridges my audience's understanding compared to using words alone.
Easy to use, professional looking product
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use Lucidchart. You can easily create flow charts that look professional and are easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to move the items because it thinks you are trying to create an arrow instead of drag the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to create a workflow for my thesis and it was very easy to do in Lucidchart with the correct formatting and fonts.
Lucidchart for all your diagramming needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many features are available, different templates, and the ability to customize for a variety of purposes. Lucid chart also has different styles you can apply to make your charts look nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart takes a little bit of time to learn, I don't think the interface is super intuitive, but once you do learn the controls, it's very fast tool to create diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows for the visualization of complex systems. This helps enable collaboration in explaining across disciplines. Additionally the features allow for more information to be conveyed.
Great Product for Architects and Designers.

Templates for architecture diagrams and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Availability of shortcuts. Interaction with the UI could be bit difficult for some new users.

Ease of use in terms of getting things on the screen

Nothing comes to mind at the moment, I have had no problems using Lucidchart so far.

Lucidchart is making it easy to create diagrams that effectively visualize data. The icons that are present make it easy to use industry-standard notation to visualize that data as well.

its so easy to use! Chart making is so simple and it is really helpful for visual aids/process flows

currently i do not use Lucidchart enough to critique it. I am very content with how I use it

I work for a company that needs processes and organizational charts laid out visually. I feel like Lucidcharts has been able to help with my productivity as I am able to collaborate with my teammates to get presentations done for our company. We are able to have consistent visual aids which is very helpful.

It's very easy to get started making flow charts that look very nice and professional.

I wish that google images were easier to add.

Great tool for mapping process
What do you like best about the product?
The process maps are great, you can get as detailed as you want with your charting. They have a lot of templates to choose from to suite your needs. Collaboration with your team is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve if you have not used charting tools before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the documenting and charting of complex processes simple and enables our team to get on the same page quickly when it comes to SOPs and best practices.
Effective Mechanism to Wireframe Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart helps me easily diagram workflows, decision trees, and project pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the mouse movements can be counterintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is helping me visualize workflows and channel requests from external parties through the appropriate funnels. It helps easily encapsulate complicated projects so that we can issue-spot at a high-level.
