Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite impresses with its robust and intuitive design, ideal for facilitating real-time collaborative work. Great tool for building flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart is an amazing tool get a visual respresentation of any flowcharts, programs. The UI is very user friendly and does not require a lot of training to get familiar with the tool. The abilitiy to export the chart in different forms like excel, pdf is another great functionality of Lucid Chart.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to zoom in properly somestimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to do documentation and explain a complex process through a lucid chart flow.

What do you like best about the product?
The suite makes it easy to share files and charts with my collegues and makes it very intuitive and easy to use, and i use it very very frequently for all intents and purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a first time user, the learning curve is slightly high, which could be resolved by giving practice tutorials for the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me create and view whiteboard charts with ease and also helps my organization on a daily basis.

common components like the excel, word,powerpoint , tableau can be added for easy access

Easy to design any chart. proper connectors given to connect the boxes/shapes end to end, lso with right positioning

The suite is easy to navigate with several useful features for my role.

Sometimes I face difficulty in implementing ideas or thoughts onto the suite.

The suite faciliatetes brainstorming by providing a digital space with several useful features for the team. The suite also helps visualise relations between databases better for my role.

I did not find anything dislikable about the visual suite.

It is helping us create better ways to effeciently process our NSCC files.
Unlike other software (In a good way)
What do you like best about the product?
The many features but still maintaining a lightweight load as it is web-based, very straightforward and easy to use. I like the feature within Lucidchart to be able to save your own designs.

I feel that the implementation at first is difficult but once it is, it becomes very straightforward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not performance demanding and is easy to use with saving your designs that you make and being able to directly share your designs with other users

Lucid is a great workflow design tool with several templates that helps speed up the design process alogn with the collaboration capability makes it a powerful tool on my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe due to a lack of experience, not able to find a way to simply draw a narrow to highligh an image inserted in the board.

Create worklfow process that helps customer understand processes and methodologies.
