Loving All Things Lucid!
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use, easy to collaborate - our clients love that we use the tool as we work through discoveries in learning business processes and coming up with solution designs for our software development!
What do you dislike about the product?
The collaboration tool could be a little more comprehensive - allowing us to chat, message, tag, work as a cross-functional team within the document and diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our job is to learn every client's business to an extent that we can solution software design (while enhancing their processes), so being able to listen and diagram during meetings, and then point out within the diagrams where we plan to focus is HUGE for us!

Creating complex workflows - I work for a startup, so I have to create seamless workflows, which I use in my presentations.

not much i dislike maybe the fact that the other person you collaborate with has to set up an account

Everything. All the way from all the tools, pointers and UI. It is very smooth to use, and i don't face difficulty at all.

Not that i can think off. but there is a always a room for improvement.

It's easy to design diagrams, flow charts and all the TECH-related drawings.

If I duplicate a file is difficult to find it. It would be nice to show an alert or something that let me open it immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
A big content can be showcased in a matter of few flows! Just an amazing app, very useful for professionals.

Absolutely nothing which I disclike....I recently used it and found it fantastic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to showcase the entire automation of marketing and I had prepared the content for the same. Its only when one of my colleagues told me about it, I used it and this was just a wonderful experience to use this app and the entire management was very happy to see the flow through luchid charts as they were able to see everything in details with ease.
Fantastic user experience and ease of use in creating process and customer journey maps.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a really effective tool for project, process and customer journey mapping. It's really easy to use and while it has similar features to free products (e.g. draw.io), I find it to produce a more professional looking product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing which would seriously impact my experience. It was difficult to navigate initially (especially in finding templates) but I have learned where to find things now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to map out projects, processes and customer journeys. It is excellent for this purpose and a key part of my workflow. I am impressed at the range of templates available - it is a very flexible tool.

I love the templates and the guided tutorials that walk you through how to use them. Easy to use UI.

No concerns at this time as Lucidchart meets my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process mapping is the primary use case for my team (Implementation). We leverage process mapping to document client workflows (current state and future state).
Lucid spark is a really good website for complimentary planning and organization.
What do you like best about the product?
LucidSpark's Charts and free templates are very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving up and down and creating text boxes on LucidSpark can be difficult to use at times---creating more functional templates would improve the website.

LucidSpark is helping me solve my planning and business organization charts production.
