Easy to use and full featured
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get started with Lucidchart, and make flow diagrams that are concise and readable. The functionality and template styles are very deep, allowing my team to use Lucidchart for workflows, process pipelines, and even brainstorming sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to find something I don't like. My biggest issue with Lucidchart presentations isn't with the app at all - it's with users who don't know which kind of symbols to use, or who chose eye-watering color combinations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart to diagram complex digital content creation and machine learning pipelines. It provides a single source of truth for our team to reference.
Great collaborating software for facilitating various discussions
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, customizability, very intuitive. I enjoy the timer and sticky feature, and all of the colors
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I get lost in all of the various options. Also would be good to have some templates for common meetings such as retrospectives to make the meetings more fun

allows us to thrown down ideas on the board and facilitate discussion. timer is helpful to keep meetings on track
Lucid handles all the basics
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid does everything you need from a charting tool. Every simple feature you expect from UML to random clipart is supported.
I particularly love that you can import an entire DB schema from a query they propose.

What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced features are tricky to discover and learn about. It's not easy to discover all the powerful stuff you can really do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need lucidchart to generate technical documentation for end users of all types. Design reviews, for example.
We also use lucidspark for collaborative sessions - its a little behind the curve but I'm hoping it gets more intuitive soon!

LucidChart Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
You can make seemingly complex and detailed charts fairly easily once you figure out some of the tools the site has and the site does a good job of teaching you those as you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any serious issues with LucidChart in the times I have used it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me diagram and chart upcoming projects as well as various business processes so that I can present them to people for a good visual on what a new process will look like.
Very helpful for building out accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to bring contacts into the chart. The Salesforce integration is seamless. The user interface makes it easy to work with complex accounts and easy to update on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with complex accounts the chart can feel clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps visualize accounts so that we can narrow our prospecting efforts on the key contacts we know will move the needle. We walk through Lucidcharts with customers and prospects alike to ensure we have a clear understanding of key stakeholders.
I loved using lucid hart for my school projects.
What do you like best about the product?
All of the functions were so easily accessible. My favorite include the ways to connect different entities for an ERD diagram. All you have to do is click on the end of the line and it gives you like 20 different ways to connect your entities, color coated and all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I least liked how small the working snapped was. I was trying to create certain diagrams that were very large. Once I got to the maximum space (which is small to begin with) I couldn't continue my project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have lots of business plans and relationships that I plan out. Lucid harts helps me effictivelh plan those and makes my life so much easier when looking at the big picture.
Very useful platform to draw diagrams/flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and availability of most of the commonly used symbols. Availability of logos, ability to share and collaborate with teammates and ability to export in different ways make things very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version could have more features. While the paid version is really good, the free version seems to be very restrictive. That can be improved and probably wouldn't affect subscription rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps us share architectural diagrams and flowcharts when we design and before implementation to visualize the end product with clarity and refine the idea even before actually implementing them. This saves a lot of time. Also helps to understand something when revisiting quickly.
Great Service, Love the Temaplates
What do you like best about the product?
You can save on paper and easily keep things organized in one place, and I love the templates that can help you get started on a new idea when you may not know where to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want everything even and straight, having to make a ton of small adjustments to make sure your lines are straight, your boxes are all aligned, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to rely on a whiteboard/paper, being able to easily present a new process or flow
Lucid Chart for Product and Implementations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and versatile it is to use. It's straightforward to create flow charts and mind maps and note down your thoughts using the software. I think it's more user friendly than miro and some other products with similar functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more intuitive. I think Canva has a better UX, but I use both. Maybe include some tutorials people can come back to if they want to understand the full scope of the product?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create visuals for different aspects of the product. Screensharing a diagram from lucid on a product call is far more productive and helps all the users understand the roadblocks better than a verbal explanation only.
Great tool for large processes/ org. chart building!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is very useful in building large process charts for our company. It is easy to adjust/ change/ connect all pieces as much as needed. This is easier than some competitors because it is possible to resize and view the full chart on one page, as opposed to breaking it into parts with other platforms - not allowing a full overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Lucidchart is entering all information manually when there is a lot of data to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is helping me build new processes and collaborate with others in a space that will allow for a large enough space that does not cut off the data/ require a break in the page. It is great to be able to create a large org. chart as well.
