Really simply and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is really simple to use if you are new to "online whiteboards". Without any experience, you can just pick it up and make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything so far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love using it as a whiteboard feature to brainstorm different ideas and collaborate with other team members as we are a fully remote team working across different timezones.
Enjoyable experience - works well and is good for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and easy to setup; it has many functions and features and also has lots of templates that make it simple to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to edit text on the templates and there is an ongoing bug where 'unassigned' rows cannot be removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
putting together a roadmap for my client project; the lucid tooling makes it easy to build, share and export which my client has really benefitted from.
Excellent tool for creating flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use with clear sections for various visual components, and the collaboration tools are easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the platform has been easy to understand with minimal training necessary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it for manufacturing process flow charts and it has been excellent for visualizing all of the various steps of the process

Easy, pleasant to use. All possible options when creating complex organization charts.

Until I found the features I was missing.

I have the entire organization map in one place, I can share it with my team members and edit it in the meantime.

We're using it for customer journey mapping and a visual way to represent technical design. It's helpful to walk stakeholders through the mapping in order to help them understand what we'd like to accomplish at a high level before diving into granular details.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visuals are the strongest I've ever used. I like how there's great framework but you can build custom imagery.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really challenging with a mouse. The zoom in and out without a trackpad isn't user friendly.

Lucid allows multiple people to contribute at once, allowing for fast virtual collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to start a new document, share it with colleagues and enjoy collaborative efforts on it. In my team we are using it on a daily basis because of its multiple features and possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a possibility to define a team of people, add certain people in it and share with the team rather than with the individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is aligned to the most used architectural notations, also there's a possibility to define reusable custom objects that can be easily drag-and-dropped to the board

Easy to navigate and draw on there. Loads fast and doesn't lag if there are more than 1 users

Would appreciate having an app so I can add it to my ipad for offline use

We make a lot of material flow diagrams and product flow diagrams for customer proposals. Lucid is allowing me to create those in a manner that are visually appealing and easy to understand
Good Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is open for creativity. There are so many tools and editing attributes that can be used to visualize any scenario/operation. It is pretty easy to use as well with no direct support needed. It is quick and can be accessed anywhere with an offline mode too. This tool can really visualize any operation so that it is easy to comprehend and efficient to work with as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, there was a lot to comprehend in total. It took trial and error to get used to it, but it did not take me too long. There are not many negatives to this product because it is so open for creativity. There are so many shapes, lines and pictures that can be used to visualize any type of operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us visualize our solutions and provide it to vendors, so they can provide us the best workstream possible. It is helping everyone understand workflows much easier.
