Intuitive. Easy. Fun...too much fun. I can play around for hours.
What do you like best about the product?
Premade templates, a huge selection of additional shapes, and the ability to save my custom shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links for help (left of the template) typically do not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. It isn't hard to figure out (at least what I use).

What do you like best about the product?
An infinate canvas that I can use to organize large amounts of complex information in order to see patterns, track trends, and make decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't handle drag-and-drop of certain file types into canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid to analyze new laws, to present information to others on my team, and to organize my thoughts on complex matters. It has made me more efficient and more accountable.
Easy to use for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily create a flowchart to visually document our different business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really anything to dislike. I would say maybe explain how some of the templates can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visually create flowcharts to document business processes and present them during remote meetings. I also like to use it like a whiteboard to brainstorm ideas.
Game Change for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart makes diagramming easy with lots of customisable templates for every type of industry need. You can also start your own diagram from scratch and adjust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting data sets is less intuitive as are some of the streamlining options or layering. The options may be there but how to use them is less obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick ability to draw up diagrams with less technical knowledge required. Prompts and various options in objects makes it easy to showcase the right information easily to many consumers.
Ultimate tool for visual people
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive tools inside the tool, ability to share easily and having multiple people working on the same whiteboard in the same time. A great additional feature to vote and group designs or concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each time I start the website I need to log in. It would be great if the website could stay logged in. Another possible improvement is the dark mode - working long hours on the whiteboards it will be easier on my eyes to work in the dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool to create concepts before the design work started and shareable files to work together quickly. Lucidspark is used by multiple teams so we can work quicker at the beginning of the design process.
Simple, clear, fast, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access, intuitiveness, easy to collaborate, easy to download, page auto-extends itself when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! The app is excellent and I always recommend it to friends and coworkers.

Makes business flows a lot easier to understand, improves communication between coworkers, offers the opportunity to share ideas with nontechnical staff members.

Best tool for Wireframing, UML'ing, Schema-ing, and collaborating. Bonus points for how nice it plays with JIRA/Confluence

Coded UML features could be better. But not the end of the world

BEST WHITEBOARDING / DIAGRAMMING PLATFORM EVER
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use! Soooooo helpful for visualizers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that buying one platform got you access to all three products. I don't like that my company has to purchase licenses for both Chart and Spark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a visual person on a remote marketing team, so having a whiteboarding tool in a remote environment is incredibly helpful!
An innovative solution continuously evolving
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has surpassed my expectations with the integration of AI and other enhancements over the past 6 months. The interface continues to be dynamic, easy to work around and makes work tasks enjoyable. There is a "help" feature that is quite useful too, which guides you on where to find tools and how to use some components. It is also equipped with videos for easy learning to catch up on how to use new features, and refresh your memory on how to use the existing features. These tools have improved my skillset and productivity and I am quite happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any improvements at the moment, but I do appreciate that there is always a feedback loop with Lucid, when it comes to testing new features before it is launched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to streamline business processes, organize data, provide visual modern tools to support planning and brainstorming. There are also snazzy tools or meetings and designing wireframes

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart offers an infinite amount of shapes in its library with built-in functionality that makes it so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an easier solution for requirements gathering and filtering of requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows for easy way to visually tell a story about the work I need to be completed when I send over things to development team.
