Very user friendly and flexible to be creative
What do you like best about the product?
The options and templates provide a starting point for the idea to be materialized in the form of a concept. It is very flexible to use the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format copy sometimes applies styles as not accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting thoughts into ideas and then into concepts is where I use Lucidchart on a regular basis. Within a few iterations, i can present the ideas to a broader team and get concurrence from the team. In addition, it helps to establish processes and workflow from the basic idea seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Group Brainstorming, Creating quick ideas by effectively collaborating with the project group. Best view of the updates made by the teammates or the business group. Best in class experience. Best application for Design thinking workshops. Loved the Voting feature, which helps to define the ideas or requirements that are on priority/much needed for the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
More easy shortcuts can be introduced. Cost should be reduced for individuals as there won't be much collaboration in their space. If an individual like to add more people then cost can be included accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with the required groups. Initially, we don't have any application to get inputs on a single document from businesses, Clients and users. This application solves that problem and makes my life easier as I can view the information from all the groups.
Lucidchart the Best Software Diagramming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly like the endless features it provides. Like for example, the arrows being flexible and easy to use and the option to create jump arrows. Also the option to create layers just like in photoshop it helps a lot. It is the best solution for diagramming architecture diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to it is that it doesn't have a lot of icons to choose from. Basically no option to search icons we desire. Also it's quite difficult to reduce icons and bring them to the desired size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team had the problem of having good software to draw architecture diagrams. Lucid helps a lot in that. We went from using draw.io to lucid due to the fact that it helps us collaborate as a team when working on a single project and also that flexibility of the arrows.

Lucidchart is a really easy way to create and view diagrams which has helped with product discussions

Lucidchart can be a little confusing for new users; it was hard to pick up the functionality it had

We often have complex product discussions which need a visual diagram to guide the conversation, which Lucidchart provides
It has been a great solution to design process flows and flow charts for our consulting company.

The whiteboard function. It has been a great solution for me.

I struggle a bit with the templates. Do not dislike them, I just maybe need a bit more experience with the software.

Process flow problems. It is an user-friendly solution and has all the functionality I require.

No emoji support. Sometimes its hard to click the correct item.

Lucidchart helps with the issue of too many tools. Lucid is so good at doing so many different things I can get all I need done in one place and share and collaborate with ease.

Great tool for making infographics and writing documents.
What do you like best about the product?
The most effective method for conveying something complex is creating a simple image, and LucidChart enables me to do that. Our staff has enjoyed being able to communicate quickly and clearly in this way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor bugs in the user interface, but from what I get out of this tool as a whole, it's acceptable to search past the minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are repairing inefficient procedures, documenting procedures and processes, and constructing databases. Our clients adore how LucidChart enables them to visualize their operations.
