What do you like best about the product?
I like the annotation messages in Lucidchart that detail what each object is for, as they bridge the gap between my understanding and what is widely accepted. I also find Lucidchart intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a free user, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could increase the number of boxes/objects per document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to design workflows, and the annotation messages help bridge the gap between my understanding and widely accepted concepts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time collaboration and intuitive diagramming tools in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It makes it easy to create UML, ERD, and flowcharts, while keeping everything centralized and easy to update, which is great for fast-moving development teams. Real-time collaboration lets our team edit diagrams together, give instant feedback, and stay aligned during planning. The intuitive tools help us quickly build various diagrams, so we can visualize systems faster, reduce confusion, and move from idea to implementation more efficiently. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, onboarding was quick, team accounts were easy to set up, and we were creating and sharing diagrams within hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas for improvement are occasional performance lag with large diagrams, and advanced customization options could be better. Otherwise, it works well for most of our visual collaboration needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves unclear system architecture, scattered documentation, and poor team alignment. It provides centralized visual docs, real-time collaboration, and clear diagrams for APIs, workflows, and infrastructure, reducing miscommunication and speeding up development.
Streamlined Team Collaboration with Ready-Made Designs
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create visual clinical decision-making pathways for common medical conditions, and I find it provides an easy format for team-based work that is modifiable. I like the colors and shapes it offers. I enjoyed having different, ready-designed shapes and outlines that I could allocate to different things and decision-making points, like indicating something is a 'must do' or using clinical judgment. This tool is much easier to work with and to collaborate through compared to what we were using before, Microsoft Word. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that making the diagram bigger created a second page - it made everything look clunky and less usable

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can add up over time. Complex diagrams or very large whiteboards can sometimes lag, especially when multiple collaborators are active. While basic use is easy, mastering layers, data linking, and integrations can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disconnected teamwork, difficulty capturing and organizing ideas, miscommunication and ambiguity, and tool fragmentation.
Versatile System Design Visuals with Helpful AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid to visualise system design of our applications on various fronts, be it database design, api flow design, technology components mapping, etc. I like how there are multiple ways of designing these so that the design for each applications looks good without it being monotonous (same styling across everything). I also like the AI features to whip up something quickly and modifying it to match the exact requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the customization options for database design could be a bit better, especially when it comes to the existing templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create system designs for the applications we build for clients, covering database design, API flows, and the overall UI flow, among other core pieces of the architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it doesn’t separate the creative and technical aspects. I can put all my ideas on the whiteboard without any hassle or losing my train of thought by constantly switching windows. Plus, the transition from Lucidspark to Lucidchart is incredibly seamless—it feels like a single tool, which makes working so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it’s overwhelming to see so many options all in one place. It’s not a tool you can master in ten minutes; it took me quite a while to understand where everything was and how to use it without overcomplicating things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that we no longer waste time explaining endless documents; now everything is more visual and streamlined in one place. With everything so organized and clean, the team doesn’t get lost, and we’ve significantly reduced human error. Overall, it’s much clearer and more practical for day-to-day work.
LVCS.... An Intuitive, User-friendly And Robust Tool For Designing Diagrams And Collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is super easy to use and the UI doesn't get in the way and feels like it has fairly few tools but this is all just good design because you can do so much with it. In fact, it has been effective for collaborative projects, especially for mind maps and visualizing workflows. I like its intuitive user interface which makes it very easy to create diagrams quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For beginners, it can be a little bit overwhelming but with time, everything becomes a walk in the park.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's simplicity makes it very easy to use and understand. Compared to other similar software, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes creating diagrams easy, and the many different templates options are very useful and helpful.
