Super Helpful for Training!
What do you like best about the product?
I am an instructional designer and use Lucidspark to help new reps visualize different conversation paths and next steps to take with customers. It is super easy to use and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see if the charts could be more interactive. Meaning, you can click on a certain path and it could have a dropdown so it is not as text heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create charts to help our new customer success reps understand processes & next steps. It is easy to use and cuts down on time to make simple visuals.
Works well for my purpose of virtual collaboration

The ability to annotate and organize our information.

I haven't found something I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visualize a large project collaboratively with multiple users.
Gentle learning curve with a host of features to support procedural mapping
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has a very easy-to-understand interface and can quickly be learnt without needing significant training - the various icons and tiles provide a generous library of graphics to document complex workflows and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectors don't necessarily feel intuitive, when you relocate an icon or delete it from the workspace, the connectors remain meaning you need to manually relocate/remove them, a better idea would be to anchor the connector to the icon so any alterations automatically adjust the connector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex business processes and documentation of automations and integrations are made easy with Lucidchart, previously I was left pulling my hair out trying to document these processes with my word processor. The direct integration into Confluence also helps close the gap with documentation allowing me to embed a live version of the workflow diagram into confluence knowledgebase articles.

The outline appearance, the chart, template as well and work flow. Love it

Could have more templates; more intelligent interaction with components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help create nice workflow of different software components, and multiple user synchronizion is amazing. More productive of course.

I can map any process I need with the right tools for the job and it helps with timelines and org structures as well!

I would like to see more options to use more graphics for the flow charts

I do the M&A projects for Instacart. Lucid helps me create process flows for current and future processes for post-go live.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart is simple to use, but has a wealth of features. It also has a large library of items which makes it easy to go from say AWS to GCP. Great for somebody who works with hybrid clouds like I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to come up with any negatives. I wouldn't say I'm exactly a power user - I make diagrams on occasion when needed. I'm sure I would have more feedback the more I use the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need Lucidchart to diagram cloud infrastructure and architecture in order to consult with clients and propose solutions for migrations and implementations. It's awesome for this purpose.
Convenient for making charts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of making lines join boxes in various different ways. I like being able to very easily move the boxes around so that I can make any changes very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that lines between boxes snapped together easier so that it is easier to make sure that all the boxes in a line are uniform. I wish there was an option to make all boxes the same size and in the same lines with the click of a button. I don't like how some lines are barely above others because they don't automatically snap into the same line plate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to make charts and diagrams that are easy to modify. When I need to add in a new box, I can highlight an entire area to easily make room for that new box.
An incredible tool for visualising your ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Lucid works best for creating and managing large data sets, as it makes the process of understanding complex data easier. The project kickoff templates are a great way to ensure that each new project has all the necessary elements, while the customisable options make it easier than ever to replicate successful strategies across different departments. Team collaboration has never been smoother, with interactive conferencing making organisation between remote workers simple and efficient. All of which proves why so many continue to choose Lucidspark when an intuitive approach to handling large amounts of data is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find elements of Lucidspark counterintuitive. I struggled to understand how certain features such as projectile snapping and permissions on shared whiteboards worked, which took valuable time away from my projects that could have been spent more efficiently on concept generation alone. Collaboration would probably be beneficial, but the usability was more of a hindrance than an aid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidspark, I can finally make sense of the many business concepts in my head. This application allows me to store and organise all these ideas, plans and notes so that they can be easily found for further consideration or action.
