What do you like best about the product?
After you connect you objects, the connections automatically move with the object. There are different illustration packages that you can download for different industries. You also have unlimited space to zoom in and out as needed and infinitely keep adding to your process diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Printing out Lucid Charts can be finicky and requires many tries to get everything into one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing complex processes that have parallelized steps or inter-cycling steps.
Good experience, sharing feature really helped me as a student, in group projects.

Sometimes some features go back to default state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a students, we had many projects that required the usage of flowcharts. Lucid helped us creating elegant flowcharts and score high.
Easier to use than Visio!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart offers just as much functionality as Visio but is easier to use and is able to be accessed anywhere on any computer/device.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have internet access, you are limited in your ability to edit/do the work that you need to do.

Graphically depicting processes or business ideas

What do you like best about the product?
This was by far the easiest and most convenient way for me to do this. I love how quickly I can put a concept map together! It was very organized and easy to use once I got used to everything. Once I had created my first concept map using Lucidchart it made it way easier to make others since I could just use my first one as a template.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take me a little while to learn how to do everything and put it all together, BUT once I did have everything figured out it was a lot easier and I did continue to use it throughout school. I think it can just be a little difficult to navigate everything your first time around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart for school but it provides me with a different platform from any others to organize information in a way that connects everything together. Before using this I didn't have a way to easily make a concept map electronically. Now, I feel like I'm able to easily organize and modify my information in a way that is beneficial for me, my professors, and my peers.
Great product that makes my everyday work with mapping and diagramming simple, smooth, and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart provides a ton of template options that make it easy for me to find what I need mid-stream in a meeting and provide a framework for moving us forward. The tools are easy to understand and use, and I find the shared libraries invaluable in collaborating across our remote team.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be operator error, but it seems like the only way I can share a document with someone who doesn't have a license is by exporting the document. It would be nice to be able to send a link to someone without a license and just limit their access to viewing only or viewing and commenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart solves the problem of us relying on paper maps that are burdensome, take up space, and are difficult to digitize and decipher. Rather than relying on paper or pictures, we are able to map right in the software and send out for all stakeholders to review. It is much cleaner than the paper maps which makes it easier for them to understand and provide feedback on. LucidChart also saves time we would spend creating templates for other types of diagrams like org charts, venn diagrams, wireframes, etc. and makes it very easy to collaborate.
Easy to handle
What do you like best about the product?
The website's user-friendly interphase helps the user instinctively identify the tools needed to complete a determined task, and when it's not, there are valuable resources available to find out a resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adapting an organizational chart file from a previous software before Lucid, the connectors were a little painful to adjust, making it almost as time-consuming as if I had created it from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart keeps my project available for editing at any time so that I can easily update my organizational charts as needed, making our business communications always visible and transparent

I think it offers great features to collaborate and design things. As an Architect I can easily share my work within the team , and get their updates instantly. So a great experience

helped me to demonstrate my understanding of the Customer requirements and present them in a very logical way...
It was simple to use and helped me to better understand my stem class.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the copy-and-paste feature. As well as the ability to add true/false easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't enjoy the minimum amount of grid space, and feel it should be inifnite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helped me to figure out my stem assignment, and to get a perfect grade as it was so easy to use.
It is a very good tool for making Flow charts!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to standardize the appearance of our charts for ease of use and readability! It comes with tons of customization options and it is easy to export to other platforms as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found any issues yet with Lucidchart and we have been using it for months now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some fairly complex processes and this helps us to map them out to make these processes easier to digest for new employees. We have seen improvements in newbies understanding the material since using this service.
